I should start by saying I rarely write reviews (good or bad). After my experience here, I felt more than compelled -- I have nothing but the best to say about Jim and the entire staff at Taylor Made Jewelry. The process from start to finish was everything I would have hoped it would be. They are as friendly as it gets, and very welcoming. I was able to find the perfect custom set of rings at a reasonable price, and timing was as promised. The communication was great, and I would highly recommend Taylor Made to anyone in the area. I shopped around quite a bit, and no experience came close to this one. I also felt like I was buying quality from quality people. I wish more local businesses operated like they do. Thanks to you and your staff for everything.
