My wife and I had a custom design for a pendant and the final product came out perfectly. It took some additional time to refine the final design but in the end the additional time and communication was well worth it. I highly recommend if you want a custom piece of jewelry that you have the final design on paper and that you be patient with the process. The end result was exactly what we were looking for and the price was very fair.

I took my 93 year old friend to this jeweler to get her watch repaired. Todd was so kind to her and was both professional and personable. He even came out to my car to look at her watch so she didnt have to get outside. He fixed her watch within an hour. Great service and a compassionate staff!

Have been very pleased with past work on 2 rings but had bracelet link removed that has pins and was told they had to solder to remove link. I Think not. And was not pleased with price. For removal of 1 link. But in fairness I did not ask what the charge would be ...lesson learned
