If I could give this company no stars I would. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring from this location. Everything was fine other than the fact that the financial department lied and tricked him into joining their finance program. The employee ensured him it was an in-house financing program and would NOT show up on his credit report. My fiancé STRESSED to the worker that it cannot show up on his report whatsoever because 1. The engagement was a surprise & I handle all of our finances & 2. We were in the process for applying for a loan to purchase our first home & did not want anything to interfere with the process. Not only was the surprise engagement completely ruined due to the financing showing up on his credit report (which the worker ensured it would not). we also had a lot of trouble getting approved for our loan. We have been sacrificing, working on our credit for the past few years to have little to no debt. My fiancé had other forms of payment for the purchase the ring but again, the finance department convinced him to sign up bc it wouldnt "show on the credit report" It was a COMPLETE LIE! Luckily my mother was with him at the time of purchase, so she witnessed what was said. I called Jared customer service immediately to file a complaint. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. NO ONE has called me back to resolve this issue like they said they would. Instead theyre calling our phones nonstop looking for a payment. I am so surprised how unprofessional they are. This time in our life was supposed to be so special and memorable, instead it turned into a huge disaster and an experience i wish we didnt have to go through. Im at loss with what to do. Thought id share my experience so no one else has to go through something like this.

I bought my wife engagement ring here and they were so helpful and kind during that time. We then went back to pick our her wedding band back on March of this year and they were again helpful kind and respectful. Once we out in the order for sizing we were told we will get a call in May( month before the wedding ) to come in and try it on. May comes around and we hear nothing for waited till mid May, still nothing so we call asking all about it and get 5 different ppl telling us it doesnt show up in the computer that no one put it in etc etc so we say screw up lets look up others. 2 days later we get a call saying," hi your order for a wedding band is ready for pick up".......? Go in to look at it and there 6 repesenitives on the floor but 2 are working the others...idk. We get helped and behold its the person on the phone who said there was no order helping us. Lady was lost in her own mind lost our paper work twice then when we asked her for my wife engagement ring back because she took it to the back to size with the band she said she didnt have it when it was with the ring the whole time in her hand. Needless to say service has gone down in this place since I first made a purchase there and its only bee less then 2 years. Side note though their jewelry cleaning staff do a great job and are quick so thats a plus!

As soon as I am done with my third attempt to get a link added and the surface refinished for the Movado watch I purchased here, I wont step foot in this place again. First time I got the watch back they added like 3 links and replaced the battery but didnt touch the surface. They seem to be always understaffed and I have had to wait 30 minutes or longer a couple times just to speak to someone. The computer systems they use are ancient which slows things down even more. And to make matters worse, the name my watch was under was completely misspelled so finding the order in their system took forever too. Unfortunately I think this is a challenge with their whole company as I have had similar frustrations with Kay and trying to get my wedding band resurfaced. Rant done, but when spending this kind of money I would encourage you to look elsewhere that is more modern and run better.

The first and only time I took my engagement ring and wedding band here for a cleaning/inspection - my wedding band was returned to me with what appeared to be a lack luster diamond. I have never had an issue with either ring before this visit. I was in a hurry and I did not want to deal with the sales associate any further so I left. When I took it to another Jared that I visited previously, I was informed that my ring did in fact have an issue with the one diamond in particular. It was returned to me with a broken/chipped diamond! How could they return my ring to me in that condition if they claimed everything was great with my inspection?! My rings are currently at another location getting repaired and inspected. I will NEVER visit this store again.

My boyfriend and I came to pick out his wedding band and we walked around the store 4 times and were not greeted at all. Nobody asked if we needed help. We look a lot younger than we are so I said out loud "nobody wants to help us because they assume we have no money" a sales lady heard me and replied "no love, its just that were all busy Ill be with you shortly" meanwhile there was 2 associates not helping anyone in the store. I replied to her "no thank you its okay were going to leave" and we went and spent our money at Kay Jewelers across the street where they immediately said hi as we walked through the door. Thank you Kay Jewelers for not pre judging :) it takes no effort to greet someone ! Doesnt matter how busy you area !

Visited this store several times and was treated royally every single time. I was impressed that I was treated so well, with no judgement of my appearance. Bought my engagement ring here and then went back a few months later to have the wedding band custom made. They took special care of me and helped me get my ring made in record time. I was amazed at how they took all of the stress out of the process and finished everything faster than I even imagined was possible. Love this store and every single person who works there.

I was shortly greeted and stood there forever. I noticed two people not assisting anyone but still didnt acknowledge me. I began browsing on my own. Then a nice man named Edwin came up, asked if I had been helped. Which I replied no. He apologized and offered water. Allowed me to sit so I could tell him what I was looking for. He did an excellent job! I bought my fiancés wedding band. I wouldve given an excellent if it wasnt for the initial moments. Also, not a huge selection with matching wedding bands and rings.

The staff here make you feel like family when appropriate, and like their only customer all the time. I bought my wifes engagement ring here, and was so impressed that we came back for our wedding bands, and have been back several other times for other jewelry and watches. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to, and always make us feel comfortable. We come here now for all our jewelry needs.
