I took my two dogs into the grooming service for a bath. They are outside dogs for the most part and smelled like it, and since it is dead of winter I didnt want the hassle of doing it myself. Everyone was polite but I wished theyd have informed me that it was going to be 2 to 4 hours ahead of time so Id have been prepared for that (they called me to pick them up shortly after the 4hr window). Also, the dogs didnt smell much better, in fact only a day later my hands still smelled after petting them. When I wash them myself (in a tub) they smell great for weeks so Im just not happy with the result. if they dont smell clean, well, they arent. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that the staff there were pleasant.

Went to ask for product information (frontline) sold in store, employee instructed me to ask Banfield Pet Hospital located in the store. Banfield vet refused to talk with me because I was not a client, nor purchasing anything from them. What the Hell...trying to purchase Frontline, spending $150.00 and no one can give me product information and were rude.....thank you petmeds for answering my question and directing me to the right product for my dogs.

Lousy service waited 5 minutes for a clerk at the register. Three employees walked past. Before one stopped and said she would get me some help. Came to the register and instead of checking me out she called for help on the overhead and then left the store. I waited 3 more minutes then left my merchandise on the counter. I wont be going back to petsmat

Service is hit or miss here, depending on which sales associate helps you. It seems that there are times where they have too many people working and other times where theres not an associate to be found.

Ive had some OK experiences at this Petsmart, but Ive also had some of the WORST experiences here. I think their service is too heavily dependent on whos working and whos the onsite manager that day.

Horrible service in grooming. I walked in and the lady at the front didnt even acknowledge me. Theyre not friendly at all. They look so unprofessional. Its such a fucki mess! Horrible attitudes !

I get whatever I need for my furry kids here, except for the "cat grass", the wheat grass is the same thing & its half the price @ Jewel plus, its larger & a better quality!
