Very very rude staff. Manager was no help whatsoever. The sales associate was so so rude and disrespectful, and I was astonished at the way she spoke with me. I am a business owner myself, and thats not the way to talk or treat your customers.The sales Associate, Jahmelia Peter, was on the phone for the whole time and after checking out with the merchandise ,I was checking something on the same counter for total of 30 seconds, and she did not pay any attention as she was on the phone. As I was leaving, she called me from behind and said "What did you steal" in front of everyone there! I was amazed at the manner-less behavior she presented. I went back myself and let her search it, and she did not even apologize when she saw I didnt even take anything in the first place! It was so disrespectful, and no apology, AND she was still on the phone! She actually refused to apologize after accusing me of something I didnt do. There is definitely a better way to approach someone when in this kind of situation. The manager wasnt even able to understand or respond to the situation as she didnt know much English. Marshalls should teach their employees some manners and customer service because I have never experienced such harsh treatment of customers from the employees. They should hire people with more respect for their customer.
