I have found quite a few gems at this location. They are usually very clean and organized. Im able to find sections that fit my needs quickly and try things on easily. The staff is also very nice, but if you need assistance, youll have to go find them. They dont wander around asking you if you need anything (but I prefer not to be bothered anyway). The line is usually a bit long, but they move it quickly enough. Prices are good, but go when you have time to really be thrifty and look through all the items. Ive found pants that look nearly identical and one will be a third of the others price.

Attempted to return a dress that my mother had purchased. The cashier gave me a hard time, due to my ID is out of state. I requested a manager and was hoping for better customer service and assistance. After the mng made a scene, I just walked out, not being able to return for a store credit.I have never been more embarrassed. If I recall right, the managers name was Nadria. Indian lady in her 40s-50s. What a shame for Marshalls. Nor is the cashiers or managers trained for customer service.

I lose a little respect for myself every time I have to go in to this store out of a desperate need for clothes. Generally I will something I need. However the place is a mess, and the staff, if they speak any English, are the most lackadaisical, slow, and undeserving staff. Sure its probably not the best place to work. But a smile would at least be nice! Or pretend youre glad to be helping someone.

Worst exerience in here. One staff (young bald black guy) also even told me put thing where I got it. Excuse me!! Everything here is a mess including the staff. Not even a smile from the cashier.

One of my wifes favorite stores - good prices and selections. The busy atmosphere adds to the messiness caused by lazy customers failing to put things back to where it belongs.

They were very nasty on the phone. I called to ask the closing time and they hung up on me, so I called again and asked the same question and the lady gave me an attitude!
