Yes, clothes are nice. But.... customer service is HORRIBLE. God forbid you get something as a present and doesnt fit. You are stuck with the merchandise. Because they wouldnt exchange it for nothing. My brother bought shoes, for me and he asked 8. The gave him an 8.5. His mistake was that he didnt check it before leaving. But they were giving me a hard time for their mistake. Not to mention that Im stuck with a dress that doesnt fit. He got my size, but the dress is impossible to get on. Had the tag and everything on, my brother asked the lady before he bought it what if it doesnt fit, she said usually they dont exchange but she will. We got back with it, the lady wasnt there ... just these two sour ladies. Julia... and I dont remember the other ones name. They were simply rude. Ill never do business with them again. Used to buy tons of stuff there and spend money. Then one time it happened to need a different size and they couldnt do nothing. I understand the policy... but the employees are making it worse. Even if I wanted to wear that dress .... it could not happen. And if I could get it on, I wouldnt need to exchange it in the first place. Very disappointed. Will advice everyone and all my friends to find another store instead.

This store has a variety of clothes, shoes and accessories to choose from. I dont usually shop in the Bronx, so this was my first time shopping here. However, the customer service here is terrible! I wanted to get a dress that was too high to reach so I requested help from this seemingly tall employee; who didnt seem like she was helping anyone else. However, she ended up calling someone else to assist me. After getting the dress I headed to the fitting room.The employee at the fitting room does not know how to communicate properly to others and does not have any respect. I felt very disrespected, so next time, this is one store I will gladly pass by.

Very cute outfits for the teenagers and manager a little rude about explaining why u can try nothing on that is white. Sales girl very much helpful explaining why u can not try on white outfits especially if it comes in another color.

I found a great pair of burgundy thigh high boots and they were very inexpensive, great quality, fast service in finding the shoe size I needed, and super helpful. Just wish they had other store locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
