im compelled to write this, i usually dont review, i had many good experiences with the store so far until today, the customer representatives at the billing are horrible and disrespectful, they dont even know how to exchange or return an item purchased online, and on top of it they answer rude if u try and explain the issue!!! wish i had known their names, a big guy and short girl at the billing!!!

A employee named Angel attended to my daughter and I. He is AWSOME SUPERB customer service he really went the extra mile to acommodate us. We couldnt find what she wanted to wear for her bday but he made sure we found it she was so happy,I hope hes valued by his manager and peers hes a great asset to the store.
