I had gotten two pairs of shorts at rego park old navy on 7/6/16. The next day I noticed there was a sale online for the same shorts, I went in today (galleria mall pougkeepsie old navy ) 7/13/16 to see if they could honor the online price for the shirts and adjust my bill accordingly. I have know for the fact that signing a week of purchase we can get price adjusted if it goes on sale I have done it at a location in queens as well (banana republic ) the cashier refused to honor the online price even though its the same company. He gave me a bs saying online and in store sales are different. I just walked out with my refund and I am disappointed. Just disappointed. He didnt even make an effort to help.

Got a great deal on some tunic tank tops and cute dress for a baby. When I went to the counter, I asked for a gift receipt, and the clerk joked by saying, no. He was pleasant otherwise. Halfway down the escalator, I noticed that I wasnt given a gift receipt. I went back in and the lady that greeted me provided me a gift receipt by returning the item and provided me with one. Store was very neat and clean. I noticed a lot of the clothes had wrinkles.

Least expensive clothing in the mall. Small store so selection and sizes are lacking. Only inexpensive after sales. Wouldnt shop here off-sale.
