The timeless trad staples are left wanting due to not the best of Brooks Staff. Have gone their a few times and on the mens side, judgemental sales people tend to ignore if not dressed to their liking and are clearly not paying attention when doing returns (as instead of a credit, I was charged twice for something I came in to return). Go to the one in the Westchester or go to NYC

I came to this store to make a return the gentleman was obnoxious to me. I would prefer to drive the few extra miles to get better service at another location. Otherwisr Brooks brothers is a graet place to ok shop.
