I love this Marshalls/HomeGoods location. They always have tons of great options and deals. The staff always seem friendly and willing to assist with anything. The only downfall that makes me cringe are the dressing rooms! Without fail every single time I go in there the ground is filled with dust balls and hair. Its so disgusting and not to mention can cause someone who has allergies or asthma to have an attack. I dont have either and I was sneezing a few times while in there. They need to step up and clean more often. It would make for a much better experience if people didnt have to watch their step to avoid taking dust bunnies with them attached to their socks.

MARSHALLS IS BUTT I called to ask about a food processor and i was connected with 3 different people who had to see if it was in stock. I felt like i was being passed around until i was ready to hang up. Shouldnt your store have a database of whats in stock and be able to search it via computer????? After that experience i officially decided to go to target to buy the food processor. Marshalls is closer to my house but oh well, Marshalls sucks!

Is a great store but be prepared to fight for a parking spot, even though half the building is an official parking lot for customers, theres never ever a parking space available, most likely youll need to drive to the top in an attempt to find a parking spot.

I was trying to get help from one of the sale associates Chris in the childrens department and he was very rude, walked so fast passed me . Never again the Port Chester store is so much better than the New Rochelle store, its cleaner and much more organized .

The registers have a long winding line thats full of low dollar items to buy. The line moves slow and the good stuff is all in super large sizes. Id rather a pay a few extra bucks to shop at a place that doesnt make me feel like Al Bundy.
