I’ve never had a problem with the store as a whole; the staff is helpful and friendly, the store is well organized, and there is always a promotion going on or coupons for purchases, which is great. However, I’ve had the best experience in the salon. The staff was more than helpful and made me feel comfortable; the stylists are fantastic. I had the pleasure of getting my haircut from Becky. She was patient, kind, and gave me an awesome haircut! Overall, the Wilton Mall JCP salon provides customers with quality and professional services. I’ll definitely be setting up another appointment soon.

Its ridiculous that doing a return with a receipt and having the amount put back on your debit card that must I state I paid with...you have to wait 3-5 days to get your money back!
