Someone in Corporate needs to do surprise visits to Bronx locations, particularly the one located at 272 Baychester Avenue. The store manager, "Danny", is disrespectful to the other workers by stating reaching out to HR means nothing, belittling sales associates in front of others, saying they are replaceable because they are hiring 50 people. Employees who have been working for months are being told they can leave if they cant take the heat. They have new hires coming in anyway. Two individuals who attended orientation today, 5/14/17, left in the middle of training. My daughter has been a loyal, responsible employee, of nine months, who went from stock to sales associate. She has one write up when she was in stock and has never been written up as a sales associate. She ALWAYS arrives to work early, as early as an hour. It has been said my daughter is a hard worker by other coworkers. She even goes to work on her day off when asked by management. Managers, in general, need to take communication class, learn how to speak to others tactfully, not threatening, and learn that workers, no matter their position or age, need to speak spoken to as they, the managers, would like to be spoken to. My daughter was written up today for standing up for herself. She decided to resign so her record would not be tarnished. All "Danny" did was provoke and antagonize. Someone seriously needs to look into this. Train your staff to be courtesy, respectful and tactful at all levels. This comes from a proactive parent and consumer who will speak out and defend when her young adult daughter is told she is replaceable and doesnt know her worth. Workers should not be threatened or treated less than humane, unless this is company policy. Although this is an issue, the sales associates, I met, remain to hold their composure and hold on to their diminishing positive outlook on retail employment.

I once worked for this company at the bay plaza site and being a reasonable woman thought they would be a company of their word. I was trying to switch my schedule for over a month then was told i was fired for not coming in for overnight shifts. [In reality i got fired because i told the stock manager i was married after he introduced himself in a very unprofessional and improper manner] i am a mother of 2 boys and I explained to the managers before him I had to do day shift due to my kids. This company treats their employees like crap. And from experience most of the managers are using drugs and asking if you want to buy drugs from them. I would never recommend anyone to this site. Very unprofessional. Btw the drug dealer is a little guy named J.P which is also Johnathan Perez, the stock manager.

Go at your own risk. I went to this store to look for a party dress. They must be traumatized by some experience or what I believe is that the employees are a bunch of brats as well as stupid. The tall skinny girl came by staring at me as I was checking stuff, she seemed annoyed I guess with people unfolding stuff and asked if I needed help, I told her no but I will ask when I do. She took that to offense somehow and called another employee to follow me. 5-10 minutes in I had numerous employees coming up to me"you need help" and 3 following me. Every where I turned there they were. Best believe youll deal with a real theif soon. Made my whole existence there so uncomfortable. I blame myself if I ever find myself back at that store. Awful.

I went to pick up a package and was in there longer than expected. First off no one notified me that my package was there if I hadnt called forever 21 company I wouldve never known. I went to make a small purchase and thought Id be out fast. The cashier gave an associate which I believe was a manager, she gave her my order number but the girl never came back. A second associate came after 20 mins and I gave her my order number again. I was there from 6:19pm according to my sales receipt. The cashier who had helped me was the one who had to step away and get my package at about 6:53pm. She apologized and said everyone seemed to have forgotten about my package. Thats bad for business. Never going to this particular location again.

Went into this store with my cousin to shop. I left my phone on one of the shelves I was . I went back to ask a couple employees if they had seen it, one said no, the other said I should check at the cashiers . I went and ask at the cash register,which led to a call to find my phone. To our disbelief my phone was tucked away, way under the cash register counter. My phone was just handed to me without an explanation, to why a customers phone has been hidden, or an apology . FOREVER 21... it is a shame that customers are spending money in your store and yet we are being stolen from by your employees. Your employees job is to assist and not steal from the hands feeding them.

This store particularly sucks ! Went looking for a party outfit/ dress and the whole store was a mess ! Barely anything was organized and you can tell it was just thrown all over by employees. I have done retail before, you can tell the difference between an organized mess and a mess that was never cleaned at all ! The employees dont know where anything is and were very use less in help finding anything . They also looked very upset that they were at work or something. If I can give this particular forever 21 no stars I would but I actually like forever 21 clothing.

This place is always a disaster! The employees are rude, and do not have any phone etiquette! Shameful to have a store like this, which indeed the clothes are made of cheap fabric with cheap low budget employees.

The male section is very scarce. There isnt a lot to choose from. You would have to order online if your a male. The sizes for women are geared toward 00-4

The staff here were hit or miss - some really helpful, some not at all. However, the whole store looked like Hurricane Katrina just blew through.

Worst casher ever was there today at 6:35pm when to the regester that was only take cash and the girl was like she didnt want to be there smh.
