I helped my friend purchase a pair of shoes and I asked them to help me ship it to my friend. I put the pair of shoes that I want on the counter and let them ship it to my friend. I paid for it already. They said they would do it. Two days later, they cancelled my order. They said this pair of shoes was no longer available. I was so shocked. I put it on the counter already,~!!!!! then you sold it to other people and told me you no longer have it. they are not responsible at all. The second week when I went there, (one week later) I went to the store again and I found that pair of shoes is still there~!!!! if you still have it, why u cancel my order????? store location is great, but the stuff over there is really not very helpful. Not friendly enough. this is Saks, not some one dollar store, plz provide some high-end service as well.

Great store if youre shopping for higher end brands. I love the shoe section (for women), as well as the shoes for girls. As with any off priced store- you have to look, and almost hunt. If thats your thing, this store is for you...if you want neat and completely organized- go to Bloomingdales and stop complaining. The staff has always been extra nice and treated me with the same respect I have shown them- I cant say anything negative about them. I do miss Loehmanns, which is my only gripe...but thats my problem!!!

Love the quality of clothes best to buy when on sale haha. Employees are very nice, but a few dont want to work so they run away if they see a costumer in need of assistance, but most of them are professional.. Got a lot of super cute dresses and tops and a few great dark jeans. Going back today .. GREAT STORE!

Only if Loehmanns was still there ..if you really search you can find sometimes a good deal but otherwise everything is overpriced and not really a deal.. it would be nice if someone actually helped you or even looked you in the eyes

Larger Saks Off Fifth with two floors. 2nd floor is dedicated to clearence. First floor has all current items discounted. Definately worth visiting or adding to your barging hunt list of stores.

I am not a fan. Went with my wife and it was a bad experience. Overpriced like you have no idea and the employees were not polite. Thats definitely the last time I shop here.

Wow. I found an awesome deal here on some Burberry shades and Hugo Boss shirt. Plenty of deals if you are willing to look and find the item you want.
