HORRIBLE customer service, I went into the crossgates mall store and was browsing clothes with my sister, who tried on a hideous sheepskin vest and was laughing about it, and wanted to take a goofy picture of her...a frantic, young and EXTREMELY rude sales associate came positively SPRINTING across the store screaming at me to put my phone away, as they have some store policy that says you cant take pictures in their store...I was standing there taking this in when she then stated that "she didnt want to have to take my phone away" ...if someone had POLITELY mentioned this policy that was conveniently undisplayed in this store and not threatened to unlawfully confiscate my personal property, I would have gladly obliged... for such a low quality store to lack customer service as well is not good for their overall success.

Went there last night because I needed to return two dresses and a pair of shoes that I ordered online, and unfortunately they did not fit me well. When I got there, they had a previous customer they were assisting while two other employees stood around staring blankly. So I waited.. and waited... and than it was finally my turn. Not only did they give me attitude because I had returns, they were of no help. The store is messy, and everyone who works there seems to have an attitude problem. I would much rather make the drive to ALBANY where they treat you 10x better and they have more of a selection.

Horrible return policy, either manager of the Wilton Mall store has no common sense or is not allowed to use it. Came with a receipt within two weeks of purchasing an item and because my daughter had cut out the tag, they refused to take it despite agreeing that they knew we shopped there all the time and knew it was their product and defective.

little known secret is the men21 section - basically h&m prices but not everyone knows about it so a little more original
