I am thanking the JCpennys salon associate Christine who helped me greatly by styling my hair. I was coming from three states away to go to a wedding at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. I had a number of compliments on my chignon twisted bun she made. Excellent service all the way around. I also was given a fabulous recommendation to the makeup artist Cesca within the JCpennys (not the one in which mall) who did a phenomenal job with my makeup. My pictures with my husband and smoky looked fabulous! Highly recommend both of these ladies at JCpennys at the Galleria Mall! I wish to include pictures on this review, I wish I knew how to include them.

Store itself is okay, but bathrooms never maintained. Stalls are constantly dirty with no toilet paper, and no paper towels
