I and my friend were there last Friday05/19/2017 at evening for shopping and returning the stuff which I got on 05/01/2017. I have lost my original receipt but I did have gift receipt. So the cashier lady told me she can deduct my amount on my new purchase. I was there with my toddler and have not noticed,about how much she have deducted on my purchase. Than I went home and noticed, she had not returned my whole amount of my purchases which was $10.00 or $12.00. As I went back to the store today(05/20/2017)during day time and asked cashier, told me the manager gonna talk to me. There for the manger and I mentioned each and every thing but the manager told me she couldnt return my money back because that was my mistake. But how could she said me that instead of telling her employee that they have to explain customer very clearly that how much Customer is getting back from the returning stuff and so on!!!!! I did have the bank statement for that purchase but the manager asked me if there has clearly written what I have bought that day.i said no but I did mention what what things I have bought that day. But she told me she cant give me money back.if its same day 05/19/2017 than she could she said. But how could I go back there same night after 9pm or10pm. So there for I am lossing my money. Doesnt matter is big amount or small amount. Money is money and customer is customer and is very always very important I guess. And is not only that incendent happened on 05/19/2017, I was there with my friend and with my toddler. I was done with my shopping and was waiting for my friend for at least half an hour or 45 min, my toddler dressed sleeveless tshort and half pant, he was feeling cold there because of AC and I took out the gap bag and took off the tshort which I have purchased that day, took off the sticker and put him on with the tag. And after my friend finished her shopping we both went out. In the door the door man asked my about tag, and asked me if I have paid or not, I felt so bad and told him how could he asked me that, and he told me how he can ask me than????? Instead of putting the alarm in the store, how day him he asked the customer like that???????????????????????????????? I told him I am gonna returned the stuff let me talk to manager. And he proudly told the cashier that I am gonna return the stuff. He is pretending he owned the place. I was regular customer in gap factory in 82nd st NY11372 since 7years but due to the very very poor service I am not going there any more. God bless them whom have treat the customer like a thief. Awake up the GAP factory owner you gonna loose the customer one by one, hiring these kind of door man and cashier ladyWith big big attitude. So from my side is 0 star. GOD BLESS GOD BLESS

...it was no really good. Please the manager some name like Maquisco, has a poor actitud to the costumer. He acting like he ows the store ..... !!!. And actitud was poor, I think the must take costumer service clases ..!!!. ... a guy with glasses from the store, next to the cashiers, he was very helpfull, and polite ... and forgot to ask him the name ..!!!. ... etc etc etc. I STRONGLY BELIEF THEY COULD DO IT BETTER ..!!!!

The store is well stocked and every time I go there are new things to try on. Most of all, the prices are great and there are usually sales that make for some real steals. The parking in this area is miserable, so Id recommend mass transit to shop in the neighborhood. Other than that its all good!

They are GAP store and selling GAP qualiy products but thet didnt provide satisfaction. I brought two clothes there for a little baby as a gift and asked the little hanger in wrap gift packet but they just told me like, No! no! my manager cant permit it.

Its a great steal for essentials. SIgning up for extra discounts by email makes the experience better. However, I am from Brooklyn and the 2 by me on Fulton and Bayridge are bigger and more comfortable to shop at.
