It was like walking into a store hit by a tornado. I went to look for some new sneakers and I found two pairs which one was a little bigger than I needed. At the counter I asked if it were possible to check another location for their inventory only to be met with a dumbfounded look of the cashier. It was like I requested something unheard of. I did not take that pair and when I was about to swipe my card I said the total looked a bit higher. The second pair of sneakers rang up higher than advertised. I was told that the price on the tag is correct not advertised price in the aisle where I found the sneaker. The cashier, the employee working in the shoe department looked nervous as the manager had to step in and said that the sneaker might have been stocked wrong. The store manager at the time was Kiana V. I asked her if it were my fault that it was miss stocked. She didnt have a response. As a manager at a customer service based company myself, if the rate or price is wrong because of a mistake on our end we fix it because we DO NOT FASLE ADVERTISE and we do right by our customers. I felt embarrassed to cause a scene, but the staff at this location are terrible. I do not recommend anyone going to this location as there are plenty others which much nicer staffing, far better service and MUCH MORE ORGANIZED.

Very convenient and a good place to shop in ozone park, good variety if items fairly priced, the only thing I have reservations is customer service is not up to par due to in some occasions long waiting lines, management needs to be proactive and foresee the need, to be able to eliminate long lines so shoppers can have a nice experience. overall for convenience and a good place to shop in ozone park, I give it 4 stars. improvement is needed and is not impossible.

B. Nosam

This is a place where you could find a hidden gem if you search and search for a few visits and you just might find your golden ticket. They are mostly clean and there is a restroom that is impressively clean but they need to work on controlling the check out lines. This is deal heaven for girls trying to get items for around the house and a quick outfit for cheapish.

Its a local Marshalls. Place is usually messy but thats because of the sheer number of people who go into the store. I only shop in the home section and find that the prices are excellent and theres always a turnover of items so lots to find. Lost a star only because the checkout line is always so long, the store should hire more staff.

The store is okay. The store is very messy. You have to look for a long time to find items. The lines are long, or at least every time I have been there, it has been. There is a very small parking lot. For only about 8 cars. Parking on the street is metered. I always feel pressured to get back to my car. Prices are okay.

Rego park or Broadway locations are way more organized than this hot mess. Dont try to return anything, as they pick and choose even though you brought it at a Marshalls. Giving invalid excuses that add up to, "I just dont want to do my job." They really need to assess this store.

Its small so it feels a bit cluttered. All the other Marshalls in the city Ive been to have had more of a selection. However, it fits the needs of the neighborhood just fine, its conveniently located, and Ive never had a problem with customer service or unruly customers.

The store is okay but you guys should start buying clothes for teenagers. For example, start selling sweatpants. I heard many people are looking for places with them. You could be one of those stores. Just try to have better people who run the cash register. Thank you ..

Good selection, as with all Marshalls inventory varies from week to week. The store is however super unorganized. There are open containers, things where they should be, and they try to sell broken or half full items like cream for full price or only $1 off.

This Marshall is closest to my transit route & usually full of variable quality & quantity. Love the hand crafted gifts, imported Coffees, summer & winter clothing and nice range of perfumes on heavy discounts. Always great shopping experience.

If your looking for that special something to add to your home, Marshalls has it. However, be prepared to sift through the merchandise prior customers leave it in disarray. Then, get something to eat, before standing on the checkout line.

So I went to Marshalls and this is what I found a disorganized store horrible staff everything I bought was either expired or didnt work or broke and stains on there clothes that I tried on I WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK THERE AGAIN!

Their customer service is very good. Cashiers are very helpful. They have a lot of good stuff for cheap. My only complain is you might not find exact shoe or clothes for your size. Their collection can be very limited sometimes.

Place is a disorganised mad house, loaded from wall to wall with racks and people. Theyve got a selection, youll like and buy a lot of stuff, cant promise youll make it out with your sanity though.

One of the best shopping malls in Ozone Park. Variety of products. Jeans and T shirts are great. They pretty much have a variety of collection. Very neat and clean and organized.

The only thing I find is the parking lot very small so u should park nearby.. The good thing its near buses Q11,41, 52, 53, 8 & A train in walking distance.

They have a lot of various clothing for kids, men and women. I shop here occasionally, however its always cluttered with things on the floor.
