The Staff at the Kings Plaza Store in Brooklyn NY were absolutely amazing, very friendly, and super helpful! My friend and I were on a mission to find the perfect outfit for her Birthday celebration, and as soon as we stepped into the store we knew that this was the place to find it! Sales associate PrIncess greeted us with such a cheerful and welcoming disposition and although we were too afraid to ask for help, she gave us the space to look around and see what caught our eye. as we picked out a few things to try on, We met Kayla who was on fitting room duties. Let me tell you that she was absolutely the BEST! she understood the not so girly mentality that I personally have and was actually able to assist me near by the fitting rooms in finding the perfect Jumper for my friends party. not only was it beautiful it was just the right fit and look super good! She even helped my friend to find the perfect pants to go with the Cute corset we found ALL IN THE STORE! there was a sale of buy 1 get 2 dresses free, and she was able to find out from management if one of the dresses were included because it was the only one left, long and behold it was! so not only did I get a Jump suit for my friends party, but i was able to go home with 3 dresses. ( doesnt hurt to shop a little more with such great sales!) She also mentioned that even though they didnt sell the cute shoes that were on display in the store, that we should check out the website, hence why I am here writing this review as well. Now when it came to the Cashier Tiffany ( I believe that was her name) was really friendly and even when the customer before me was being difficult, she assured me that she would be with me shortly, now being in the customer service field myself I completely understand where she is coming from, but it was much appreciated that she could make me feel a bit special in making it aware that she knew it was a while that I was on the line. So from Entrance to exit, I can say that My experience was probably the nicest, best experience Ive had in any store. and will definitely be back for the next occasion or when I need a little Retail therapy! I hope my girls there will be ready! Thank you Fashion to figure for hiring the best of the best!

This is my second attempt at this store the very first was the end of September 2015 I could not get a sale associate to help so i left the store. Today was worst there were 3 females and all three had bad attitudes the store was not crowed. These young ladies need some serious training on customer relation and how to be courteous
