Goodman is a good dealership but they have a salesman I would not.trust as far as I can throw the city of Glasgow. JR HOUCHENS told me when I asked about a certain type and kind of truck if he found it I would have to buy it without seeing it first. Then when I told him thats ok my dad didnt raise that kind of fool to buy anything sight unseen much less not even driving it first. I made a joke out of the situation and told him if he thought that was such a good idea I would sell him a truck the same way. He replied in private message . . . .and I quote. " Let me ask you some thing. If you had a business would you buy a product and take the risk of getting stuck with something no body wants? I think not. Stop running me down. You dont know me to do such." I have saved the message even though he blocked me on both his face book accounts. The problem is he made the statement that I had to.pay before I even seen a truck and then was hatefull when I made the same offer to him. Sounded like it was ok for me why not him?The GM asked if I wanted him to say he was sorry. I said yes he left me a voice mail and still did not owen. His mistake. I did try to wrk with another salesman but 3 days have past and no one has called with a truck to fit my needs. I wonder if this is the place to buy a auto seems rude and unresponable is the norm. Will they stand by a product they are not even willing to find. The GM of this dealershil can only do so much and can not hold everysales persons hand. So they helped me to chose to wait till next yr. I will go to BG and buy a new auto w straight CASH! So after a long wait and promise they could try and find the auto I wanted . . . . No call so I shall make one more but it wont be to GLASGOW! NEVER BUY FROM LIERS!

Ive taken my HHR here more than once. The repairs have been done correctly sofar without issues. However, they are VERY expensive. Just replacing rotors, brakes and fan belt was over $600. I couldve done this myself had I had more time. My rotor was far too gone to wait for my next off day. It also took them 6 hours and I had to wait with two children! At least the waiting room is nice with big windows, a tv, crayons and coloring books for the kids and soft chairs. The staff was nice though and the facility is clean considering the type of service provided is automotive repair. Of course my uncle is a mechanic and taught me much about self-maintenance despite being a female, so Id not really notice if it was nasty to those without mechanical experience. I will say though, that I have experienced negative treatment based upon being a woman. Multiple times Ive called for quotes and been talked to like a woman with zero automotive knowledge. Ive had my husband call for the same quote and not only are they nicer, but they quoted a different price! So, currently I do my own work unless I dont have the time and have money I dont care about which is rare. Im a total Chevy fangirl, so very annoyed to be treated like Im just some woman. So, because of the phone treatment, Ive always monitored the labor and checked things out before leaving after repairs have been made.

My daughter purchased her first car ever from Goodman. Our sales person was very good. But...I bought the extended warranty. After everything was paid that was the end of decent service. We waited forever for the warranty information and had to call multiple times. Mr. Johnson was the person who we were supposed to talk to. He NEVER returned our calls. Somehow we got connected to a parts guy and even though this was not his area he told us he would do everything to help us. He gave us the number for the warranty service. Mr. Johnson is horrible. Less than one month the vehicle started pouring water into the passenger side when it rained. We found out this was a problem they had to fix with a special rubber seal. We were told we had the BEST warranty bumper to bumper by Mr. Johnson. Well well did not. It was not covered. Called the manager 3 times and finally had to leave a message. I was told by the receptionist she was there but for some reason was not answering her phone. I did not expect to get a call back and I did not get one. So... they lie, they take tour money and then blow you off. I would give them ZERO stars but this will not post if I tried to do that. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The moment I heard whispers that Chevrolet was putting out the 5th generation Camaro, I wanted one. When Goodman got their first showroom Camaro back in 2009, I had to check it out in person. Thanks to the professional and personable John Florence, I was the proud owner of that victory red 2010 Camaro on June 13, 2009. Over the past 7 years, the Goodman Service department has performed all the routine maintenance and addressed all service issues with skill. Yesterday, while waiting for a routine oil change and service, I walked up the hill to the sale lot just to browse and stop in to check in with John, as I have done periodically over the years. I test drove a gorgeous 2016 Camaro, got a great trade in deal for my 2010, and got credit approved for the 0% APR, all while my 2010 was being serviced. Needless to say, I signed and drove off the lot this afternoon. Goodman Chevrolet takes care of their customers like family! I have recommended people to Goodman and John Florence before and I will many times again.

After searching Knoxville 50 mile radius for a week and getting low balled on my trade for overpriced dinged 370Z cars I expanded my Autotrader search to 200 miles. Found a deal here to good to be true and had to go. Pre negotiated, on the phone, trade on condition I was truthful. They came in $1k over 3 other dealers. Asked salesman to describe any hood dings common on sport cars (arrived at other dealers prior to find beaten up paint). He stated there were a few. Must say when I arrived and went over the car with a fine tooth comb it was near immaculate. I have had it home 3 days now and couldnt be happier. A small town fair dealer that seems to actually care! Saved at least $3K over Knoxville!

I knew what I wanted from viewing their webpage. I was shown it, drove it and was completely satisfied, so I bought it! John Florence and David Pulliam took care of all my needs in an efficient manner. J.D. Jones likewise. We have done business at Goodmans for many years and ALWAYS been a satisfied customer. I am quite sure I will remain one! And, I even got to visit with a former student who works there, Amy Rutherford as I knew her, so that was just "icing on the cake"!

Brought a 2014 Nissan Rogue yesterday and had a good experience. The salesman Jason Edwards was every nice and easy to work with. Since it was so cold stated by asking what I was looking for and found the fix for me. J.D. was great to work with too.
