Dont do it, dont go here.. You will just waste your money!!!! I got a car through them and Indiana finance, I had put my husband also on my paperwork, because his checks were bigger and but he got paid biweekly and I got paid weekly, they said they were unable to do it bi weekly since I was name on car,and got paid weekly.. Well after paying all the rest of my down payment but this last one, I got told that I couldnt wait until Friday in 3 days to take the $ up there for last week and this week together, because I couldnt afford it last week due to missing a day for Thanksgiving.. I begged them to work it out with me but instead I got a very rude person on the phone, to which treated me awful.. I have three kids and a job, and now no car because they couldnt wait until Friday.. And to top it off the car they sold me was falling apart anyways, the front tires always went flat 2-3 times a day, the check engine light came on, and never went off. Then one day the power steering went out and would be completely gone until you turned the car off then back on.. I called them and they told me to take it to GM I talk to GM and they said oak would have to fix it and they never did!!!!! If you dont want to get ripped off, I would not advise you to go here!!!

First off, I drive for a living. I am a medical transportation cab driver. I have to use my own family vehicle for my job and it quit on me. I was, and still am, needing a newer, more reliable vehicle. So my wife and I recently attempted to get a new used minivan from here. We got turned down by their bank because, now get this, they didnt want me using the vehicle for my work. I had to provide proof that I wasnt using it for my transportation job because of the wear and tear, and the mileage. Dont get me wrong; the salesman at Oak Motors seemingly did everything in his power to get us approved. But to no avail. Their bank would not budge. I liked the level of professionalism from the salesman, but Ive never heard anything as ludicrous as the reason why their bank turned us down. So, it goes without saying, that we are stuck without reliable transportation. If someone at Oak Motors could possibly give me some feedback on this, my wife and I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Great experience. Cars are high priced but have been through a very thorough inspection and reconditioning process. Plus they come with warranty. If you have to do buy here/pay here this is the place to go. All other buy here/pay here will charge you extra for warranty, if the vehicle can even get a warranty (due to year and miles). We found a few minor items upon test ride (light bulb in dash, and accessory plug) not working. The corrected the items immediately and got us on the road. they are very easy to work with. Courtney (in Anderson) was very professional and worked with us to get the right down payment and payment options. We did visit another buy here/pay here just to compare, but Oak Motors only needed a little down payment to get us in the vehicle WE WANTED, not what they wanted to sell us. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a vehicle and need credit or have bad credit. EXCELLENT experience.

It is sad that I will not return to Oak Motors do let because Indiana Finances customer service has tanked. When we got our first car from them in 2015 Oak Motors was amazing as well as our Account Manager from Indiana Finance. Fast forward to now, on our 2nd car with Oak Motors because we loved them and Indiana Finances new account manager for us is rude and disrespectful. I have complained about it to a manager and he took over the situation, but has not done anything about our new Account manager. Now that my husband got a new better paying job, they are refusing to switch the payments from Saturday to Wednesday (a 4 day difference). Where when this happened a year and a half ago, our old account manager was amazing and got it done for us, this one refuses to and without blatantly saying it called me stupid. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service with the finance company will have me looking elsewhere next time.

We bought a minivan here almost three years ago. Granted they were kind to us but after we had bought the vehicle and gotten it home we realized they had completely lied to us and taken full advantage of us. We were told that the cost of the van was 10k. We paid 1k as a down payment and what not, come to find out the van was 12k and our down payment only went to interest on the van. The total of the vehicle came to 14k, no where near what we had discussed or planned on paying for that year of vehicle. They are shady and not an honest business. Granted the are nice to you at the time but I think that is because they know they are screwing you over in the end. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

I will be recommending all of my family and friends to go to Oak Motors in Anderson Indiana if they are looking to purchase a new or used automobile. The staff there is awesome especially Ms. Tish Fisher she is so very professional at nice my wife and just love her she informed us of everything we needed to know and didnt hesitate to answer all the questions my wife and I had. It was an all around wonderful experience thanks Tish Fisher we love our new car.

My expereince was great. Not only was the price disclosed before I even test drove the vehicle but the lease option is the bomb. I didnt have to lease but chose to for the free battery, brakes and tire program that comes with it as well as the guaranteed 24 month upgrade option. I really like that. I always want a new car after a few years and now I can do that and get all the freebies to help me drive less expensively. Thanks Oak Motors, you rock..
