Worst place ever to buy a box spring. I order the box spring they told me they would call me when it will come in. I waited over 2 weeks and they said they will call. So I waited 3 weeks and then. I finally call them again they asked what is your name. I told them and they said its here. So then I had the delivery guy pick it up. He called me and told me. I need to talk to big lots for my payment. So I called big lots they said I never paid for it. And I told them I paid for it. They said we need proof. So I told them why do I have to go I have the sales slip they said. No you need to come to the store. Then I told them why I cant go to wellsfargo so she said I can do that. Ok So I go and wellsfargo was like If you have the slip you should be good. So I had wellsfargo call them and fax the papers. And the wellsfargo lady said if you have any problem let me know. She said it weird that this happen. Cuz the check went thur and you have the sales slip.

Go here if you like crappy customer service and associates with bad attitudes. With few exceptions (there are a couple of awesome cashiers), employees go out of their way to avoid eye contact or opening more check-out lines. Its as if they think "Hey, its Big Lots. Customers dont matter." They walk around in their blue smocks like theyre better than any customer whod shop there. Plan on waiting in line while several employees try to look busy while not serving customers. Corporate "suits" need to send in an undercover auditor to see for themselves. "Love the low prices, loathe the shopping experience: Thats SLP Big Lots!"

This location has absolutely made me hate them as company. I made a formal complaint last summer about them discriminating and being racist. Which was escalated to the local GM. Unfortunately nothing came from it. Yet I forced myself to go to the store and its the exact same behavior so I suggest anyone that is black or African American or African anyone want some pigment or ounce of melanin and or Muslim dont dare wear your hijab in the store you will be discriminated against. Its 2017 we should be better than this.

I went to Big Lots today and bought a table that came with chairs for over $300.00 When I came home and started to put all the pieces together I noticed one of the chair cushion had a huge cut hole right in the middle. I didnt understand because it was the shape of a rectangle and it was almost the size of the cushion itself. Also around the tables edges it had dents on it. But other than that the table turned out nice.

Affordable and they usually have good deals. Just a few weeks ago I had bought a name brand product for only $4, originally $15 at the Target next door. The store is usually clean and organized but customer service is a hit or miss. Stop by if youre looking to purchase everyday essentials.

Prices & selection were great. But I cannot get over how rudely I was treated at store close. Ive never heard of a retail establishment forcing guests to check out before they are done shopping. Thumbs down on this location.

I really like the staff here. Definitely consider Big Lots if youre looking for new furniture. They have better prices than any furniture store out there.
