0 Stars. 0 quality of service. Sold me a broken, counterfeit ESP guitar for over $1000 and blacklisted me from all EZ pawn stores when I attempted to returned it the very same day. Are you kidding me? Thieves. They told me my iPad was gone, with an explanation that merchandise comes up missing, and they most likely sold it. They still wanted me to pay for it. Are you kidding me? Thieves. These people are criminals, and they are so incredibly stupid to think they can get away with their unlawful and disrespectful behavior. It is beyond frustrating dealing with EZ Pawn, and their management is a joke. EZ pawn are 2-bit thieves who have nothing better to do than to troll people who want to spend good money in their stores. GFY EZ Pawn management.

Today I had to make a double trip up here to return a Bad PS3 that was sold to me. I spent more than $15 in gas for that trip. So for the inconvenience Aron told me he would give me a game for $1. So i pick the game out than another manager tells me he cant sell it to me for the $1 because they sell them for $5 he was very rude and went over what Aron told me....They really need to check there products before they put them out to sell and also work on there customer service skills.

I was trying to sell my unused CDs and full set of golf clubs. I called and spoke to a Jimmy on phone. He told me that he would pay 10 cents per CD and between $15 to 30 for golf clubs. When I got there he said only 5 cents per CD and $5 for my golf club set of 15 clubs and bag. He lied!!! He is dishonest and deceitful!!! Dont sell your stuff here!!!

Overly picky and somewhat offish to me when I brought a vintage mickey mouse watch in great condition in. I would steer clear of these guys. Watch has been in my family since pre 1970 and they said it was worthless :/. All watches of the same description matching and all are valued at approximately 300-3000 dollars. Disappointing!
