I initially wrote a pretty negative review for an incident that happened here. However, The higher ups saw that and took immediate action to fix the problem and miscommunication at the time. They have shown me they absolutely care about customers, and genuinely want people to have a positive experience in their stores. One of their managers called me personally and helped fix the situation. The employee I initially had an issue with also seemed genuinely apologetic. All is well and Im extremely satisfied with how they handled it especially knowing that was not something they had to do. Kudos to Pawn 1, and thanks! Im happy to be shopping here again! -J

Was shopping for some drum cymbals and I wanted to ask a question about a cymbal I was holding in my hands. There was another customer buying something so I was standing behind him and waiting my turn. Customer paid and walked out the door and the guy behind the counter walked straight passed me and wondered around the pawn shop like he was bored and looking for something to do. I stood there looking at him for 5 minutes and nothing. So I put the cymbal down on the counter and walked out. Zero customer service skills. Never shopping there again.

I pop in with my guy weekly to see what wonderful thing we might not have. Weve had our hit an miss with attitudes an products but the positive always outweighs the negative. Id deal with these guys on bad days any day if it means I would never step foot in Walmart again. Lol. Just use some common sense, if your polite an friendly they will treat you well, always plug things in, unplug check battery, connect ECT.

I dont have the time to write my whole experience but the customer service I received was awful and when I called to talk to the owner he was very rude to me. One of the managers hung up on my husband and was very rude and another employee called me a liar. I will never go back there. Horrible place. I couldnt post without selecting a rating but if I could they would get zero stars.

A great place to find realistically-valued used guns. A lot of shops charge almost retail prices for pawned guns. The prices at Pawn 1 reflect that they understand theyre selling used material (they also have new guns, but Im cheap and always buy used). Ive bought plenty from Pawn 1 over the years and have always been happy with the service and the prices.
