I bought a lap top at first national pawn in Caldwell,idaho a few months ago and a couple weeks ago I turned it on and to my surprise a screen came up saying a lock had been put on my computer by colortyme in mnt. home due to the fact it was stolen. I contacted first national pawn and to make a long story short they said they WOULD NOT do anything to make this problem solved. I am in the process of contacting the Idaho Attorney General, the BBB, and the Canyon County Sheriffs dept. .I am almost 100% sure that it is against the law to accept and or re-sell stolen property. Please beware of this type of business dealings with First National Pawn and dont be left a victim like I was.

My very valuable ring was stole from my house. Valuable in price but more valuable in the history of it. It was my moms and almost 50 years old. I went to every pawn shop from Boise to nampa showing picture and it wasnt in any of them. Non never offered to look in the safe or in the back to check because it may have been pawned in another name. Went to this pawn shop and it was there. Only found because they offered to go look in their safe because we had a time line of when it would have been pawned. And there it was. This ring may never have even been found if it hadnt been for all their help. I am very grateful.

Very crappy service I bought a Xbox one with portable d green the lady said if anything happens bring it back they will trade of in store credit it I came in today cause the screens power plug came off in it they tried blameing it on my friends kids and said it was miss use. I only had the thing for 2 damn days. I wouldnt mind seeing them go out of business. And Ill never come back

Myself and my family have been going through first national pawn for all our pawn business. The employees are always polite and will 9 times out of 10 work with you for most everything ! Ive taken items more than once to various shops that try to offer unfair, "low ball" prices.first national has always given us the better deal with everything, we dont even check around anymore.

Took over 300 on a layaway and wont return the money, because I forgot about it. Asked if they could trade it for instore credit they denied! They are not only rude but everything in there is overpriced by at least 50 dollars compared to other pawn stores. Avoid this place if you want an honest pawnstore!

Felt like they insulted me with their offer of the items I wished to sell. Would rather give my stuff away for free to someone who would appreciate it than sell it to them for the offer they gave. But as for the actual store itself. They had a very large selection of items.

They are very idiotic. Whomever put the sticker on my video game put it ON the actually paper insert. If you ask me, they dont know what they are doing.

they sell dvds that dont work xbox games with no the wrong games and they lose your stuff in their back room i did go there but will not ever again
