This is the absolute worst place to do business i bought a very fine piece of jewelry a 52 gram 14k bracelet for 1526 came three days later to see what they would offer they said 700 dollars i then explained thats even less than melting price so me taking it out off the shelf makes it loose almost 1thousand dollars in value he didnt have no words after that this man came across as a con artist i understand you need to make a profit but you dont do people that dirty in any business

A few days ago I visited this location after visting a few other and different locations, I was flabbergasted with their service, well prepared sales rep show me difference between gold, stones, and how the business generally works, not knowing anything about precious metals this made feel secure spending a great deal of money, Manager even offered me a disccount over a great price. Do not go to express pawn shop. They will rip you off so bad. Please do not get ripped off with there 40 percent off bs and Im speaking the truth! I took a $800 dollar lost and that was a lesson for me.
