My rating would have been 1 or 2 stars instead of the 4 stars if it wasnt for Alfredo working there, and that the location was clean and orderly and the employees I met were courteous. I have compassion for people who find themselves in straits that they must sell their possessions to a pawn shop. This was my very first time ever stepping foot in one. Cashco ought to disclose that they are a pawn shop on their Craigslist postings. I answered a Craigslist ad for an item, thinking the seller was a private seller, not a shop, although the Cashco employee who posted the ad mentioned that it was a "business". Long story short, I was pretty irate thinking that I fell for a bait and switch; I drove from N. Rancho PQ to University Ave--which I wouldnt normally do for ANY Craigslist item; I was offered a different brand of the same item in the shop, AND THEN after waiting for 30 minutes for a yes or no on the price, the price was more than originally discussed via email. Again, if it wasnt for Alfredo, and eventually the manager giving some flexibility on the situation... (I cant comment on their fairness regarding the buying of items.)

I always knew pawn shops as sketchy, grimy places but CashCo is the exact opposite. It is so nice inside, I feel like I am walking into a bank. I have credit problems so I dont usually like working with a big banking establishments so I frequently visit pawn shops. I had never been to CashCo before but after seeing the inside and the way I was treated I will only be coming back to this location!

Currently investigating Cashco for replacing diamonds on jewelry and removing gold from a necklace. I suggest you do not pawn jewelry here if you plan on getting your item back. If Cashco has modified or replaced your jewelry, reply to my post. A lawsuit is pending and you can file along with. -Mike

First of all when i walked in I never expected a pawn shop to look like this it was beautiful. Everyone was in uniforms and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I went to sell gold and silver and after 6 other places I was offered the most at CashCo. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Just had our garage burglarized and called to ask if a very unique item was there. They wouldnt tell me over the phone if they had it or not. Whats the difference between telling me over the phone if its in the shop or me just walking in and seeing if its there? Very sketchy.

This place is a scam. They offered me $10 dollars for a $200 dollar drill with charger and extra battery. I went to the other pawn shop few streets down and they offered me $40 dollars. Check out other pawn shop they will offer you more money.

I went in trying to sell a ring I have. They offered me $30 for something that was bought for $500.00 & worth more than $850.00!!! I understand it would be lower, but not of that much difference!!!

The store has great deals and service. They paid me top dollar for my gold. They even guaranteed me that they would pay more than any competitor. I loved the service and attention. Thanks CashCo

They do not pay top dollar for Gold or Silver. Silver is at 35.20 right now and they offered $20 dollars and then $23 dollars. A waste of time with these rip off artists.
