Ive been to many different pawn 1 stores, and not once have I had a good experience. Most recently being going to pawn 1 in one city being told that they wouldnt take my item simply because they had to many, but to go to the pawn one in the city right next to ours. I got there, wasted a lot of gas but positive they would take this item. Nope, I walk in and the guy actually made fun of me for driving to another city. I needed rent money and thats how they treat customers. This is only one out of about 7 bad things that I can review about. Local pawn shops or Craigslist will do you more good than pawn 1.

Got so ripped off there. I went in to sale my iPad mini 2 16gb amazing condition white. and the ladie only offered 70 for it. I asked her how much she was gonna sell it for and she said 120 well while my husband finished the transaction is walk back and they are selling the exact same thing I was selling for 250 she straight up lied. I have bought and pawn alot of here and this one lady was so rude Im never going back. at least be nice about it she was rude a snotty it was 30 min to close and you could tell she just wanted to leave. Im never going back. EVER.

Poor experience last week when trying to trade in some media. The mid 30s/40s woman who works will lowball you like crazy. I took the exact same items to another pawn shop and received 3x the amount she offered, no lie. She also used the excuse that certain media items were priced cheaper and worth less than what they were actually priced as. When I brought this to her attention she ignored me and I left. Will go to other pawn shops in town well before this one.

Worst ever. I usually go her and only here. Cause its yhe best. Not today. How is it ok to ask for a receipt on something that I get as a gift and then I have brought in other stuff new and they never ask for a receipt but all the sudden now they have to have a receipt for a gift or even if its not. Im glad you guys know everyones life story and you guys are the decide who gets what

Came here and bought to optics returned the first one and got the other one the second one didnt work when I tried to get my cash back they refused and would only do a trade or a gift card had my receipt was only gone for an hour will never shop here again

Cut throat lying people, they will give you bottom dollar and sell for the highest amount, even more than your average Pawn shop. Sell your stuff on Craigslist. Youll still be selling it for cheaper then what they will, just may have to wait.

Not pleased. Dropped a ring off to get resized on the 22nd of July. Was told it was to be back on July 3rd. Being told it wont be back till the 10th of July. This is rediculous. Just want my ring Yes I talked to a manager .
