We have been a long time Hyundai Santa Fe drivers. We had one for 12 years and really loved it. We were in the market for a new 2017 Santa Fe. We went to the Vacaville dealer first and was treated poorly. We then went down to the one in Fairfield. But they couldnt meet our bottom line. I dont remember how it happened that Randy got my email address, but he did and I am glad. He contacted me and I told him we really loved the Santa Fes. He suggested that we take a look at the new 2017 Pathfinders. Although we had our hearts set on a Santa Fe, we did take up Randys offer to stop by and take one for a test drive. Right off the bat, Randy was so helpful. He understood what we wanted and showed us what was available. We had taken a test drive in a Santa Fe, and the guy just took us down the street. He was texting the whole time. He really wasnt much help to us. Randy on the other hand, directed us to get on 505 and took us for a nice test drive. My husband started driving first, and then Randy had him stop and had me get in the drivers seat. He wanted both of us to fell how the car drove. Just the way we were treated made us feel like really giving this car a good look over. After we got back, we had decided to work with Randy on getting us into a new car. We told him that we didnt want leather and we didnt want a black or dark interior. So then Randy asked us what color exterior we wanted. We had originally wanted white, but then we saw the pretty blue one. So we told him we wanted the blue. He went to his manager and they were able to find one with the specifications that we wanted. We gave them a price that we wanted to work with. Randy submitted our offer and then they counter offered. At that time, we did another counter offer and finally we all agreed on a price. Something the Vacaville Hyundai dealers didnt want to do. The only bad thing is that we had to wait a day to get our new car. They didnt have our car on the lot. They had to have it brought in from another dealer ship. We couldnt be happier with our new car. Thank you again to Randy and to the Vacaville Nissan Dealer ship.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Nissan of Vacaville. Due to the service, kindness and care my first time here buying my vehicle through Oscar, is what made me return to Nissan of Vacaville. When I decided to purchase abother vehicle,I went to Nissan of Vacaville and would not have went anywhere else. I had the opportunity to deal with Orlando, and once again, the utmost kind, compassionate caring person to help me and I purchased my second vehicle. If I purchase any more vehicles, it will be from this store and these two salesmen. In Oscar and Orlando, you are blessed to have these two guys working for/with you. They are a serious asset to your company. Keep up the good work Nissan of Vacaville!!!! Again, I dealt with Oscar first, which made me return for my second car. Dealing the second time with Oscar and Orlando will make me return the next time. Awesome company and employees!!

Edgar was my sales rep. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and extremely a pleasure to work with. He was very hospitable as well. Because yesterday was a hot Sunday and I had to endure a 2-hour commute from San Francisco, he offered me snacks and water right away upon arrival. Edgar has a very calming nature about him and it certainly helped when he was walking me through some of the state of the art features my new Juke SV had to offer. He was very patient with me when I was getting confused with setting up the SiriusSM radio stations and the navigation features. I look forward to working with Edgar again in three years when my lease is up. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to see him for their next car purchase or lease. Edgar is a true asset to Nissan Vacaville.

We went to buy a car that was setup through a auto broker and had a very bad experience. The deal was set up and ready to go however the car that was in talks was not what was described. The car had stains in the upholstry, scratches in the paint, the plastic around the bumpbers had clips missing causing them to be really flimsy. When they gave us the keys for the test drive the car was on empty. The salesmanager was not professional at all. Tried to get us to look at other cars that were exactly what we told him we did not want. Selection was horrible, they onlty had 4 pre-owned SUVs which is pretty ridiculous for a major dealership. Overall it was a bad experience, too many promises and nothing was delivered! Stay away from this dealership!

Two nights ago my daughter and I went to browse the used vehicles. The salesman who came over to help us, Cameron, was rude, sexist, bigoted, looked down his nose at us and basically acted as if two women were unable to purchase a car. Not only did he NOT show us any cars, he had the gall to ask me if I had a co-signer. I told my daughter we were leaving, he didnt want to sell us a car. We went down the street to the VW dealer and purchased a very nice used Jetta from Art, who knows how to treat female customers with respect, and we got a GREAT deal. Now, I already drive a Nissan truck and I LOVE it, 213,000 miles and still going strong. I would always recommend purchasing a Nissan. But I will never go to this Nissan dealership again.

We recently visited this location while looking to purchase a new vehicle. Upon our arrival we were met by salesperson Junior Torres who was extremely polite and helpful right from the start. Throughout the entire process he worked extremely hard in explaining everything to us as well as answering all of our questions as new buyers. It was evident that his patience and knowledge were reflections of the outstanding customer service that he provided. His attitude throughout the whole process was commendable and we strongly recommend Anzkary "Junior" Torres as our outstanding sales representative that should be used as an example of "providing quality & satisfactory customer service!!!"

We visited 2 dealers before this one. The staff at Nissan of Vacaville are friendly and know how to sell :) ... We were helped by two salesmen Victor and Oscar both very polite friendly and not pushy at all. We walked around the lot until we found the right car. The reason why I wont give them 5 stars is because the financing guy was not the friendliest, he didnt took the time to explain the paperwork we were signing, (but I did my job and asked a lot) and second of all, be ause when we got home we realized the headlights arent working!... I thought the car was fully inspected, but I guess not. I will def buy from them again, but inspect the vehicle my self before I drive off.
