My girlfriend and I rented Mountain Bikes for 3 days to ride the Helena Trail System. I have rented high end bikes before in Bend , Oregon and Arizona. The bikes were excellent, included dropper seats. The shop fit both of us to our bikes. The shop also gave us excellent directions and opinions on trails. Shop folks are experience riders. Prices where in line with the bikes we rented. Buy a map and support the Land Trust the trails are on!

I usually have good service but this time when I went in for a tuneup, I only asked for one thing, for them to fix the odometer which I had bought there. Three days later when I went back, the bill was $107 for the cleanup but going home I realized that they hadnt fixed the one thing I asked to be fixed. I really had this feeling that because I am an older, recreational rider, I didnt matter.

Since 1994, I have purchased bikes from Jim and Big Sky Cycling. My last bike which I just bought on 6april17 is the Rocky Mountain Blizzard -50 and I have never had a bad experience. Tried to sell a boys bike (that was in excellent condition) to them. The man in back barely looked at it and said no. Then dismissed us. Complete snob. I will never do business with them. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the nice young man that helped us when we walked in!

Great place. Sells affordable great sex-specific seats by Serfas, helmets, and spray on chain lube that cant be beat for convenience. Competitive pricing on many items; still, shop around.
