Jon was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. He discussed different options with me and the relative cost of each. He showed me how to do much of the maintenance on my own, and even pulled up images on his tablet to provide a better explanation. He patiently answered my questions and I feel like I received the same level of service he would have provided his more lucrative customers. I will definitely be going to him with my bike questions in the future.

I really appreciated working with a bike mechanic who has both experience and careful attention to detail.  Jon took the time to explain the mechanical aspects of the bike too. My bike has seen thousands of miles of road in 6 years, and it now rides like new!  Cant wait to get out and ride! Service was excellent, efficient, and price was fair! My bikes tire was flat and asked for Jons help. He was just around the area, and came in 15 minutes. Beside the flat tire, he also helped to adjust brakes, seat, and gears. My bike was like new after adjustment. I also got great advises on bike trails and pretty neat ways to maintain the bike. Its a pleasure to meet him!

One word, wow! Jon is nothing short of a magician. Some may call him the bike whisperer. Just had another amazing tune up and got my bike race ready for IM 70.3 St George! Jon always does a great job, pays attention to detail and explains and teaches along the way. Having a busy work and family life like I do, having a mobile mechanic like Jon is a life saver, literally.

Fixed my BMX bike like new. He is mobile and will travel to you which is really handy. I will defiantly be going to him again in the future for all my bike needs.
