Shout out to Jose, I dont think in my life I have ever had an experience like I did at Sonoran Cycles. My neighbors kid has a lot on his mind as his dad was recently put in jail, so I took him to get a bike chain put on to his bike. The experience that followed was life changing. Jose the tech was not just interested in the bike but who we where and what was going on in our lives. The job and chain cost $20 but Jose decided to go thru the entire bike and make a difference in this little boys life. Knowing the boy had little money and seeing that he needed new grips and pedals, he decided to give him some that he had on his bike. Jose is an Amazing man of honor and all who know him or interact with him should be proud to meet such a man. Overall the entire staff was super friendly, Ill definitely go here again and recommend you do too.

I have been looking for a new Mountain Bike and checking all of the cycle shops in town. I went to Sonoran Cycles and luckily met Woody who really helped me narrow down my search. His customer service is exceptional. I was choosing between 2 bikes and he didnt pressure me into the more expensive one. He provided the differences and left it up to me to decide. The prices they offered were very reasonable. ( I called some other shops to shop price and they were $400.00 less) This buying experience was a great one and I would highly recommend them. He even delivered the bike to my house and took the time to go over operation. Thank you for the excellent buying experience.

No help! On Feb 28th we were charged for service on our bike. they were having trouble with their system and could not produce a charge receipt but we did receive a hand written receipt. Received a call on March 1st that the charge did not go through and we should return so they could rerun the charge. A few days later, we realized we have now been charged twice for the service. Returning to the store, they couldnt do anything to fix this but reassured us they would be sure the Owner took care of it. Several calls and promises later, we have not received our refund for the double charge. False promises by Owner and lack of ability for the store staff to help.

I played with the spokes on my back rim and threw the wheel out of alignment. Since I have an inexpensive mountain bike, I figured it would be almost as cheap to buy a new bike vs. the labor involved to fix the spokes. I was pleasantly surprised when the guys at Sonora Cycles fixed my bike and got me out the door for under $20. Thanks SC... couldnt be happier!

It was a great experience at this shop. I am just starting out in the mountain bike world and Terry sure knew what he was talking about when showing me a good bike to start out with. I was very impressed with his customer service and the overall experience at the shop. Will definitely be coming back here for all my biking needs.

My son messed his bike chain up, and because Im new to the area, this was the only bike shop I knew. The two people working there were SO nice and immediately took his bike and fixed it on the spot! They didnt even charge me! Definitely the only place Im going from now on!
