I ONLY go here because it is the closest. Most of the time the workers dont know what they are doing. Today I called up for a 2X8 12 foot pressure treated plank. I drove all the way to the Home Depot on Euclid and they said they didnt have them. I called the Upland Home depot and they assured me they did have them and they gave me a price and said they would help me load it. I go all the way down there "We dont have those!". I wanted a bracket that match the ones on my fence. We have those in garden. I walk all the way to garden "We dont carry those.". I get a color match for some paint, I start to paint with it, it doesnt match. They wont make a refund, only correct the color. I had already used something else. Like I said SUPER knowledgeable staff.

This review is for service for the carpet I bought today and not for the great service I generally receive At Home Depot. When asked I told the sales clerk that I needed 14 foot 2 inches of carpet. He told me that I couldnt order it that way because Home Depot only sold it by the square foot and that I would have to buy 15 linear Feet. I then explained that they also listed the carpet for sale by the yard and that there are 1.333333 yards in a linear foot of 12 foot wide carpet. I then told him that there is 1 sq. ft of carpet in one linear inch of carpet. I finally had to get another sales clerk to complete the sale. His final remark was dont be mad.

On friday Afternoon 8-19-2016 Mike in the paint department showed how this home Depot needs to train their employees on professional conduct. While i was asking this man about where to find an item, he rudely cut me off and started talking to other customers like I was a piece of manure to him, even though I patiently waited my turn til he was done with the customer who preceded me... I was very very angry but I walked it off but wrote his name down because he was a civil Pig

Its not really any good to me other than the fact that they usually have what I need and the fact that its the closest Home Depot to me. Its a bit of a hassle to find help. Some employees do acknowledge you but dont personally show you where what youre looking for is at: "Just go straight down this aisle and to the left is what youre looking for. We got a lot of them." Oh really? I couldve guessed that. Its written in big letters up above my head.

Amazing Service! I ordered a BBQ grill online to have it delivered to this store for pickup. The online service screwed up my order, but this store took care of me. The manager Jose was extremely professional and courteous, going above and beyond to help me out.. In a world where customer service is almost non-existent, the Upland Home Depot helped restore my faith in retail. Thank you.

Help desk employees would rather talk amongst themselves than help the customers. Was sent to several different parts of the store before finally being directed to the help desk to pick up a part. Took 40 minutes to get help because the employees were talking and not helping the customers. The only reason I got help was because the manager came to help everyone.

Most every visit I leave completely satisfied. The gardening department is sometimes lacking. Most all departments have experienced employees. On one occasion, my wife and I visited the store at a "slow" time and one of your employees took both of us, with our list of over a dozen items, around the store until we found everything on our list. 5 stars in my book.

Slow customer service , asked 1 question got 4 different answers on how to purchase quantity of top soil and getting some assistance loading my purchase. Ended up loading up myself while several employees were to busy to ask if I could use some help . Even though this particular store was well staffed customer service was sub par , need to do more training

Thus home depot is not geared towards regular diy consumers. From the constantly present day labor hanging around the parking lot to the check out staff that cant find skews even when you bring them the entire box from the display, its a constant disappoint. If you just need a part or two for your small repair project go somewhere else.

I needed to fix my kitchen sink, two pipes had come apart. The first person I came up to in the plumbing person looked at my photo and recommended a few options on what I could do he went beyond regular help by opening a package and marking how its supposed to connect to my pipes. Im a lot more confident that I can fix this issue.

Worst customer service! All these guys and gals dont know were any of there products are they seem to car more about being on there phone and chatting with there coworkers rather than helping the pro customer and regular customers. Never coming to this one again! Best service ice had was at the one in fontana worth the drive.

Went here today for some fittings to fix an water valve that broke. It was kinda an emergency. Got there 10 Min after they closed and they still let me in to buy what I needed. Will defiantly be returning to this one more often.

Dont ever want to come here, when asking for help from employees I am constantly helped poorly as if Im a waist of their time, plus they are always out of stock for weeks and items like 1/4" mdf board

Chris, in the paint section, was very knowledgeable and patient with us , he helped us pick out a stain, even used his personal flash light on phone to light the wood sample to compare to ours.

They didnt have patio umbrellas in stock when the website indicated that they did at the location that I went to. Staff were helpful and polite, however, which gets them to three stars.
