Terry, the manager at the Costa Mesa location was completely unreasonable when I requested she order in a replacement part for a miter saw stand that was defective. I explained that the stand would work well enough and I needed the stand to continue working until the part came in. I couldnt believe my ears and knew that her resistance was uniquely her own as I have work with other store managers for 30 + years. Needless to say I was disappointed as everyone in the store knows me by name and I was reduced to mention how much $ I spend with Ganahl. Fortunately the other locations treat me well and I will continue to work with those yards in the future. Ron Guptill General Contractor
