I purchased some Eldorado Stone wall cap and one piece broke in half on my way back to the job. I told the store in Escondido about it and they blamed me for laying it flat in my truck bed. They sold me a new one and it was a solid 3/16" thinner than the one I just bought. Of course that was my fault too since you should always buy these things from the same lot. My question is where is the quality control? These are not cheap products but the service sure is.

Ive purchased brick and dirt from RCP, always very helpful. They also helped me find a contractor to build my fireplace which I dont believe is a service they provide but they did it because they wanted to help me out. Cant beat that.
