My husband died recently and someone told me to change all my locks. I have been going to Home Depot for years and I knew they could help me out. I approached a group of workers at the return desk and they were chatting. I was greeted and can I help you... I described the situation and how I didnt know how to change the locks because that was my husbands job and I needed to have that done. Mr. Anthony Rodriguez, stepped right up and said, ok locks will be on isle etc etc. He asked me did I need it installed and I said yes, I gave him my address and he followed me home and installed the lock right there on the spot, in 5 minutes it was done. He was a pleasant and efficient young man. I give him 10 stars. Thanks again, for helping me when I was wandering around in a painful fog.

A comparacion de otras Home Depot esta esta mas desordenada, los empleados son menos amables, en los empleados se siente muy pocos animos de trabajar y atender bien a los clientes. Soy cliente regular de esta home depot por que es la que me queda cerca pero comparando esta con las otras esta tiene muy poco espiritu de profesionalismo en el manejo de la tienda

Horrible service in the paint department! Employees In that department are easily distracted. They start by helping you out initially, then another customer comes and they forget about you ! This happened to me today ! I had to wait 30 minutes To get (2) small paint samples Proper service would be starting with one customer And competing his/her needs then going on to the next customer If you cant multitask dont extend yourself! Stay with your current task and move on! Extremely poor service today!! Maybe Ill try Westminster/Garden Grove store next time!

Es muy mal servicio cundo les pides alluda y te tardan para alludarte mas de 15 minutos y te ponen cara de enojados todavi que que cosa quieres y luego te disen yo no pueden deja boy por alluda y otros 15 minutos como si te regalaran las cosas. they have really bad service and when you ask for help you have to wait at least 15 min and when they help you they give you a attitude and what do you want and they can do the job but they say i cant reach let me go get someone else and he takes his patience so what they need to do is fix tjere personalitys

Great service! I came in looking for a uncommon sized Cam lock. I found the type of lock I needed but in a larger size. I was approached by a employee named Nick who asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained what I was looking for. Nick checked his inventory and found they had several listed in stock. Nick left to find a ladder and returned promptly. Within a few minutes he was able to pull the size I requested. Nick was polite, courteous and seemed happy to help me.

It took 20 minutes for Customer Service to process my payment, because my check was cut a few days ago!? I had to explain to these 2 young women over and over why our check does not have to be dated today. And then they got our check jammed in the check reader, so it took forever to get the reader to read it. I take our payments there every month, but for some reason, it was a major ordeal this time. Hey! Home Depot! How about hiring some competent people!?

This is my favorite HD anywhere. Yes. Its not the biggest. They have slimmed down on their speciality hardware. However, they will do their best to help finish your task or give you suggestions to do it easier way. You just have to ask. Their customer service is top notch in my books. No other HD comes close. This is my Home Depot.

Plenty of parking and there is always someone friendly greeting you as you walk in. Very helpful staff and quick checkout especially via the self-checkout stands. I was most recently visiting to replace door handles of which they have a great selection to choose from. This is my Home Depot of choice.

I went here to replace a sink at my moms place with no idea about sinks. The staff here was very helpful, and one of those workers, Jon, gave me a step-by-step instruction on how to take care it. Some things are kind of hard to find, but all you need to do is ask one of the workers.

Been shopping at Home Depot since it first began and for the most part always a nice experience. I ran into a lady named Martha who runs customer service, my nice experiences ended. She was rude, very impersonal, and in my opinion has no business being in customer service.

Good at greeting at the door, everything is mixed up and in the wrong boxes. No help and dumb as a box of rocks. Small store that does not have a good selection. Boxes have been robbed and when you get home there are missing parts. Im done with this store

Worst service ever..... Came to buy a filtration system and needed some adapters for the filter. . two guys that I asked didnt have an idea of what I wad talking about.... They dont know their own department. .

We bought lumbers and bricks. Tony helped us to picked them up and up load to my SUV. We are actived seniors. Thank you Tony and keep doing good safety job by warning customers that forklift is coming. Ken.

Small parking lot that can get very congested. You have to run the gauntlet of Mexicans just to get in the place. Lots of traffic on Beach Blvd. There are other Home Depots much better than this one.
