Very disappointing experience. Bought a refrigerator (LG over $3,000.00 item), followed the store recommendation of extended warranty with Appliances Repair Team (aarapp). Refrigerator has broken 4 times within warranty coverage and aarapp cant find a fix and wont replace it (worse service ever: unreliable, uncooperative, useless). Reached out to HD and the employees while polite just limit themselves to state that it is out of their hands despite it is the company they work with and, recommended to buy extended warranty from. No support for a product they recommended and just a frustrating experience. Not a place to buy an appliance that is suppose to last years and you expect solutions within the warranty period. Incompetent extended warranty service.

They have good service overall - and very knowledgeable - some, well, some less so, but quality products, and their prices are in line with what they should be for Anaheim, CA.Could I find something cheaper elsewhere?Sure.But as long as I get some discount coupons, promotions, part of their "club", at least then I feel Im paying a fair price. Without that, its a bit expensive, but I do appreciate the convenience.Mostly, I feel their staff is knowledgeable in helping find the right products needed to get the job done - even for "do-it-yourselves" like me - with very little skill.Cole is reliable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Five cheers for Ron Jungkeit - Hardware Department On Saturday morning, I returned to Home Depot to return two lock sets (Id just purchased) because the lever handles were facing the wrong way and following directions to reverse them didnt work. Ron in the Hardware Dept. listened to my sob story and positively suggested we retrieve the lock sets from the Return Desk and that HE would reverse them for me. Zip zap, in minutes he reversed the levers and the locks are now installed on my front and garage side door. AND, they function perfectly ! THANK YOU RON !

big, clean, helpful. If I had one suggestion it would be to be a little more helpful in pleasing the customer. I needed 3-4" of pvc 4" round for a sprinkler job. Went to store a was told it only comes in 7 foot lenghts. I asked if they could just cut the 7 footer down but was told NO. Finally another sales assoc. gave me the name of a sprinkler company down the street who might have it. This sprinkler store also only sold it in long lengths but were willing to cut off a 6" lenght and give it to me for FREE. Home Depot take note on this stellar customer service!

Alberto is the man, the only reason I choose to go to the Anaheim Hills location. With so many youngster Home Depot employees not knowing a wrench from a 2x4, it is such a thoroughly pleasurable experience interacting and being serviced by Alberto, HE REALLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! The others could really learn a thing or two from him! How this guy isnt a part of management blows my mind, the managers should be ashamed for undervaluing such an imperative part of the Anaheim Hills location.

They have great customer service. I went in for a vanity with my mom. She already knew what she wanted and they had a display model that they were marking down. I had Abraham help us, he was the one who was going above and beyond to help us get the best deal. Kacie was are customer service representative and i had a question on wood cleaner for my office desk at work. She was very knowledgeable about the different products. Overall i had a really great experience here.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen and I work at a homedepot! Figured Id stop by to check it out and buy some pvc piping for a project found everything I needed walked up to the counter and found out that a 78 cent end cap was missing a tag and she couldnt find it in the computer! So who does she call to find it? No one she tells us that we are going to have to go back and find one... Simply ridiculous tell you one things for sure Im never going back there again!!!

Worst customer contract service in the world stood in line for 45 minutes and watched other contractors service to first after placing my order 12 hours before will call lady was smirking and smiling over my frustration that I was late being late means that the forklift operator was loading other customers that came after me they were alone at first and I was made to wait mind you the order was placed 12 hours in advance

If you need a specific tool in a hurry, check out this location. Needed an orbital sander that wasnt available in the other Home Depots in the Orange County area. Unknown to me this is a "Super Store" Home Depot. Im not completely sure what that means bit the store was much larger in general with a greater selection in just about every department. I only wish this was closer to my home.

I shop this store quite a bit. Its a superstore so it has more appliances and decorating options. Ive remodelled 3 houses and this location has been very helpful. Recently i bought a washer, dryer, fridge and range. Brittani in appliances was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I did my internet homework but she knows everything. If you are looking for a large appliance talk to her.

This is a nice Home Depot, Id give them a 5 star rating, but when Home Depot has a fall out with one of their vendors , the customer is the one that suffers. We had bought shutters from them that came with a "lifetime" warranty, but since they no longer deal with the vendor/manufacturer they could not help us when we had a problem with the product we bought from Home Depot.

5 or 6 greeters that harass you with hellos when they should be out learning where things are at in the store and what their products do. One of the best guys they had, that knew everything, was fired by some no nothing lady manager because he tried to do something useful while he was watch the fork truck in an aisle that was blocked off.

1) unknowlgeable workers 2) workers tell you incorrect information 3) long lines 4) difficulty processing internet returns 5) management hides. I went to talk to management and had to wait 10 minutes plus. This is supposed to be a superstore....superslow should be the correct term.

Garden staff has poor knowledge level of products. When asked if fiddle leaf fig trees were in stock, employee had no idea what I was talking about, did not bother to research and abruptly hung up on me. Yikes.

By far my favorite Home Depot to shop in. Because its the Mega store they have a bigger selection in just about every department, and a bunch of display areas. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I go here all of the time and have ordered appliances, carpeting, window treatments, etc, etc, as well as just shopping here in general..... have had great service...!
