had them fix my dryer last month, the old technician did really good job and doesnt cost me extra, it is why i call them again for the AC, because i thought they are all trustworthy, well...guess when it comes to ac, everything go south. the ac guy come over, without make inspection of the unit, just by sound, he claimed the ac is no longer work and need to replace the whole unit. and also want to replace the heater too, guy total spend about 7 minutes, 1 min look at heater, 3 mins look at outside of ac and talking for other 3. well, really nice services so i have to find another guy to fix it. I think more likely he is the sales person than a technician

Back in 2012 I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank in regards to the installation of our AC-and Heating. Once installed the company came out to make minor adjustments with the airflow. Each time the technicians were very nice and professional and always left asking if there was anything else needed. Recently I had AAAM, Inc do a maintenence check and again the technician provided us with the best of service. I have to admit there was a small problem however after speaking with Frank it was quickly and efficiently resolved. I highly recommend Frank and the team at All Air Appliance Masters
