I went to this store in Lake forest with the intention of looking at and possibly purchasing the Kenmore 72495 26.7 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator . I had looked up on your store website and it said that it was indeed in stock. When I went to the store I was met by a salesman named John on the afternoon of Sunday April 9. He told me it was not in stock and in fact I could not have looked it up on their store website. I asked him to just look and see. He refused to do it instead told me I went to another Sears site. I assured him that I had not. In fact I had spent the afternoon researching the fridge. His treatment of me was a thumbs up "have a good day." I found him arrogant and his behavior unacceptable. I did go to Pacific Sales in Tustin where I was treated very well and purchased my second ranked fridge. I might have even ordered a fridge at the Sears store if this man could have treated me well. Instead he was arrogant and I can see why Sears and Kmart who have been purchased by an investment banker ( who is now attempting to manage both stores and is not doing well) is indeed in trouble. I can not recommend this sears appliance store and have not bought anything form Sears in five years. I used to buy sears tires and Kenmore appliances.

Website shows there are also mattresses and more. Drove all the way out to the store to find out the website was VERY wrong
