HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAULTY PRODUCTS! They shouldnt even get 1 star! BUYER BEWARE! I went to Pacific Sales to look for a washing machine and dishwasher as it was close to my house. I saw that they had bad reviews on Yelp but decided to give them a chance anyway. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. :( The floor model washing machine they sold me in which they claim had nothing wrong with it, ended up flooding and ruining my kitchen floor after the installer put it in. The machine ended being faulty and had a bad hose, which caused the leak. I called Brian the Assistant Manager and he is the most unhelpful person in the world. Not even caring what happened to my house. I cant believe he is the Assistant Manager of this store. He had the nerve to try to sell me a new washer at discount verses finding a replacement for me a no charge! Why on earth would I buy another unit from them at a discounted price! SUCH A RIP OFF! I immediately demanded a refund to my credit card and advised him that I wanted them to pay for the cleaning of my floor. I unfortunately had already purchase my dishwasher as well but was going to let them install it anyway as it was brand new. The day of the install, the product WAS NOT IN as they promised so I had to reschedule for Tuesday. Its now Tuesday and the installer calls again and said that they delivered a DAMAGED DISHWASHER!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! This place sells faulty units and has horrible customer service. Do they not understand that we have jobs and cant just keep taking off work to have appliances installed in our home? Regarding the cleaning of my floor, a week went by and Brian still had not called me about the damage. I called him again and he gave me the company number to call myself but the lady I spoke to on the phone claims he never notified them of the damaged floor! Why would he lie about contacting them? Please do not do business with Pacific Sales as they only care about making sales verses giving good customer service! I spent $2,000 at this store just to get the run around. SHAME ON YOU PACIFIC SALES!!

Showroom is great! Everything else is horrible!! Had problems with deposits, final billing, delivery (on multiple occassions!), and can not get anyone to return my calls! Not only did the items take several weeks longer than I was quoted, but the delivery process was extremely disorganized. Nothing happened according to schedule (partial deliveries, early deliveries, late deliveries, no deliveries, etc.) when it was all supposed to occur on one single delivery! On one of the many delivery attempts, I received a call asking if I was happy with the delivery two hours after I received a call stating that the delivery truck broke down and they needed to reschedule. Salesmen are great in the showroom and make you feel confident about your purchase. After that, they do not return calls and do not give a rip. The worst customer service for a $20,000 purchase that I have ever experienced. To top it off, as I am typing waiting for my delivery that is 8 hours late, I just received another call (secone one today!) asking if Im satisfied with my delivery...THAT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!! This company is horrible!!! Save the money on the delivery satisfaction calls and hire someone to manage this company that actually cares about guest satisfaction!

ZERO STARS! If they gave an award for the worst customer service, Pacific Sales would win hands down. I ordered a range from PS. Delivery was promised for the next week via their installers - West Coast Installers. Three weeks later I still havent received it, and they have no answers where it is, or when it will be delivered. When I call customer service it often rings and rings with no answer. I leave voice mail requests to be called back, but they never do. On the rare occasion that I do get a human on the line they cannot answer any questions; they just put me on hold while they say they are going to "check out something". Today for example I spent almost 25 minutes on the phone with a CSR (more than 20 minutes of that time on hold) and came away with absolutely no answers. All he could do is "guarantee" a sales manager would call me back with answers. So if you buy anything from this racket after reading my review, then you have only yourself to blame for the frustration, lost time, and lost cell phone minutes youll spend trying to get Pacific Sales to live up to even a poor level of customer service. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Pacific Sales CustomerA mail from, Helpless Pacific Sales /Frigidaire/Prefered Service Plan Customer, Its now more then a month and still we are without Dishwasher my invoice number is 4079795 for package deal that i purchased in Nov 2011 with five year extended warranty and we were in the assumption that Frigidaire is one of the best brand in market and Pacific Sales is the best shop to get the best deal. Salesperson pitched us about this brand plus extended warranty and now when we need it we are helpless as its more then a month now and its not fixed yet. Is this a life of a common man and a helpless consumer that once we pay money we are forgotten and every company say that they provide best customer service. Anyone know the email id of senior management of these companies so i tell them its useless to spend endless money in advertisement when u are not taking care of your existing customer. God bless Pacific Sales/Frigidaire/Preferred Protection employees .

If I could rate it a zero, I would. I would NOT recommend this store nor company to anyone! No price is worth the stress and headache we have experienced with this company. -The delivery workers scratched and dented our washer/drier unit and ripped our floors in two places. They have denied our claim. -I have made 40+ calls to multiple representatives and managers who do not return my call or transfer me to other people. We purchased our machine in January and have been ignored, it is now July. -At the Irvine store, 2-3 sales sales representatives quickly left me to assist other customers and never returned, I waited over an hour for assistance.

Wow! I had a wonderful experience that really came as a surprise. I was expecting much, much less. I purchased a built-in refrigerator (Samsung), but this review is more about the sales person: Randy Acosta. Randy was extremely professional and attentive from the very start! No hard sales, just honest comparisons. He really helped me to decide on the right refrigerator. Once I decided to make the purchase, Randy went WAY out of his way to make it happen on MY schedule. Randy was fantastic and very professional. I know where I will be going for my next appliance needs!

My parents bought a new washing machine, had it delivered and after a couple of months, really didnt care for the energy efficient qualities. My mom just hated the new machine but didnt know if there was anything that could be done. We suggested that she call her sales person, Jason, and he went above and beyond in that he listened to her concerns and they were able to return the washing machine and her new one is being delivered next week. She is one happy customer! Thanks to all for making her experience a great one!
