I paid $1,800 for Samsung RF31FMEDBSR/AA refrigerator and they ended up delivered me the RF28HMEDBSR/AA refrigerator which is approx $500 cheaper. Please read my whole story before you decide to buy anything at this store in particular and Sears in general. I spent 1 hour and 2 minutes talking to their customer solution department and spent a lot of time and calls before found this number but still no hope yet. I also called Santa Ana Outlet store 4-5 times but no answer The customer solution department said they cannot do anything for me at this point, the only thing they can do is sending the complain to the Santa Ana store manager and I should wait for him to contact me to resolve this situation. And I asked the customer solution rep. if the store manager refuses to do anything for this cheating transaction/ action then what can I do? She said there is nothing else I can do and I will be stuck with the wrong, cheaper, and older model refrigerator that has been delivered. They couldnt even process the return or exchange for my purchase since its almost considered a fraud. I came in to buy a refrigerator, washer and dryer on 3/8/15. There were 3 brand new in box Samsung RF31FMEDBSR/AA refrigerators left in stock. On 3/9/15, MJ called me and said 2 of the refrigerator were sold, I should pay for the last refrigerator now before it gets sold. So I provided him my credit card number to pay for the refrigerator over the phone and I asked him to leave refrigerator there until I can buy the washer and dryer for 1 delivery charge. He said its OK. So, no washer and dryer. I scheduled the delivery for my refrigerator yesterday. The refrigerator came to my house without a box. I asked the delivery guy, he said they took the box off at the warehouse since there is no room for box in their truck. I saw there were some items in box in the truck. They dropped off the refrigerator without giving me the original receipt or showing me the match item number or model number upon the delivery. I was busy at the moment so I trusted them and signed off delivery confirmation form. Later that afternoon, I had time and check for everything, I found out the delivered refrigerator wasnt match what I ordered. The reason I said they intentionally CHEAT their customer is because there is no model number on the receipt for you to verify. They only provided the item number and description of the item on the receipt which is no way to can look up on their website or google from these information. The customer solution department provided me the model number upon my original purchase. Thats how I could confirm 100% the delivered refrigerator was wrong. If you check their review on Yelp, Im not the only one report this issue. And after all of the attempts to try to resolve the problems, Im going to file the lawsuit against them at small claim court. With all of the experiences I got from this place, once again, I want to let you know that their customer service is really bad and dont buy anything from this store. Its not worth your time and money.

Another reviewer wrote this..... " HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS - Negeen - Oct 10, 2008 WE ORDERED A WASHER/DRYER/REFRIGERATOR, THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER THESE APPLIANCES ALMOST 5 TIMES, EACH TIME WE WAITED AND WAITED, MISSING WORK, WASTING TIME, RESCHEDULING, CONTACTING ONE SUPERVISOR AFTER ANOTHER. WE NEVER RECEIVED WHAT WE ORDERED, THIS IS THE WORST, MOST APPALLING SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. SEARS IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH AWFUL SERVICE." I had the EXACT same experience. ONLY WORSE. The Santa Ana Sears Outlet has to be one of the most unprofessional services I have used in my entire life. I bought a $4000 refrigerator for about $3300 (including taxes). They arranged local delivery (through their service) for an additional $70. The Fridge is a built in and they told me ahead of time they will only drop off at curbside. I have 2 flights of stairs, so I knew this would be a problem. So basically I hired 2 guys to help me take old fridge out and bring new one in. SEARS OUTLET screwed up the delivery 5 TIMES also. No delivery , no cancellation telephone calls, and get this... when you call up to question, your call gets routed to the Philippians. They tell you that they will contact the drivers who will call you back within 2 HOURS. Of course no one ever calls you back. Unlike the previous reviewer, I was unable to actually get on the phone with a supervisor. They were always conveniently busy and was told they would call back. They never did. The end of my story was, I paid over $800 to have 2 guys return a multitude of times and nothing was ever delivered. I ended up reversing the charge. Sears Outlet in Santa Ana is THE WORST. If you must buy from them, dont use their delivery. Sears has definitely lost more than one customer with their #$% service. If Emmet the manager ever reads this or his supervisor, you should be fired. Your customer service is the absolute bottom of the barrel. Now Im going to end up buying the exact same fridge and tack on a $800 upcharge from my sears outlet experience.

I bought a refrigerator from this outlet assuming that it would work. My only mistake was to opt out on Sears warranty. I thought that the manufacturers warranty would be enough. That is purely on me. But... i find it unconscionable that any business would stock and sell inferior products knowing that those products factory warranties are a gamble at best. SHAME ON YOU SEARS!!! In the end, I returned the defective refrigerator, was assessed another 80 dollars for delivery because I wouldnt allow the manufacters sub-contracted repair thieves look at the fridge. I of course paid for what should be a mandatory Sears 3 year warranty and the price of a better fridge from another manufacturer. On top of the cost of the original fridge another 465.00. Moral of the Story: The sticker price is not the price of the fridge...buy the damn warranty or dont shop the outlet. Im taking 3 stars off for selling me a bad fridge and charging me twice for delivery and for the biggest crime of all carrying inferior product.

Well never buy from again. Buyers beware! Items were not delivered in a timely manner, items broke within a month of owning. Then this repair guy calls me during work saying hes close by to fix it yet doesnt arrive 4 hours later. I call and Sears sends out a different technician. The item I bought was repaired with the wrong piece before I even bought it their technician informs me so now I have had a washer with dirty water chilling for over a week and have to go back to Sears to have them pick up this junk. Management never returned my calls nor did they inform us of our fridge not being delivered because they ruined it while loading it on the truck. Finally three days later they say they are sending the fridge. But 2 days later so no fridge for 5 days. Then the following week they randomly show up at my house saying they are picking up a fridge. Then call 5 times informing me they have a delivery. Worst experience as a new home owner and will never do business with Sears ever again! Again buyers beware!
