My experience at all HomeDepot stores has been very good, but this particular store has been great,and that includes all departments and all employees. There are . some extraordinary personnel such as Steve who used to work in the lumber dept, Mike in the Garden dept, Michael, the cart retriever guy, a guy in the plumbing department built like a Fireman with a mustache, everybodyinCustomer, and all the Cashiers. I have owned. businesses and have managed as many as 39 salespersons, but have never been exposed to as many great employees as those working for the Manager named Roy who is also extraordinary. I shop there every other day, and have never been disappointed. They provide excellent customer service and very personal attention and service. I spent more than $12000.00 at this store this year. I cant begin to describe the lack of customer service after the contract was signed for a new kitchen design. Their phone line is on busy signal for hours at a time. The main phone line gets no response. They do not return phone calls. The only way to get a response to a request is to threaten to call the corporate office. When I complained about a $1800.00 unexpected cost which was not included in the original estimate; I was told by the manager that I would receive a $200.00 refund for this. When I ask for the $200.00 refund they acted as if I was hallucinating. I did not receive the $200.00 refund. Almost six months later I am still waiting for corrections to the job. I would not do this again.

Very disappointing. If you come before closing plan on them closing at least 30 minutes before closing so that Eddie the manager doesnt have to come up with the list of excuses that his employees just take off when closing is close. This is a small store and when you approach the employees with complex questions like....Can you find somebody in this department to help me? They state at you and say sorry, then walk away. Eddy just says...sorry the employees just do what they want like the customers should expect that behavior and accept it as normal. I just heard a commercial for an Orchard Supply that just opened in Huntington Beach so guess where Im headed.

Terrible customer service. I walked into here so happy to get some things done. I was redoing my patio, need a new air conditioner, and flooring. I tried to get home from 3 different people and all acted as if I was bothering them. First guy said he new nothing about air conditioners and walked away, second guy said can I help you with exasperation by the time I tried to track down the third person I was so fed up and pissed I just walked out. If my business is such an ignorance to this place I would rather get most of what I need from Amazon.

Im with you! This year, we have spent close to 30K with this store. Our kitchen was completely messed up and if not for Precision CounterTops, Im not sure what wed have. Now, our hardwood floors, delivered in May, are still in our garage. We told them just come pick them up and they want 15% restocking. Seriously, after 6 months? Sadly, we totally trusted Home Depot. No more. This store especially doesnt care once they have your money!

Variety of products is limitef & shrinking as they move more & more products on line. Cant even buy a complete set of door levers or bathroom fixtures of the same manufacturer style, type, and finish to ensure they all match. On line orders cost more & take almost 2 weeks. Shelves are continually empty on shelves where there is a shelf label & they are seriously under staffed. Home Depot senior management is commiting company suicide.

Who doesnt love this place? Its the ultimate adult toy store! They could do better with customer service... sometimes its hard to find someone while youre searching for parts, but the employees are always helpful & friendly. They could also improve the checkout process, as it can take quite awhile to check out, even when theyre not very busy.

Customer service is abominable. Staff doesnt know what inventory they have in stock or where its located. In this store, they were friendly and tried to be helpful but they end up getting lost and not being able to locate things, and then leave customer on their own to figure it out.

Great store. Great choices. I love that they have veteran parking. The store looks pro-America (major plus). I wish two things though : 1. No dogs were allowed 2. And you didnt stop carrying summer stuff in the beginning of summer. #LocalGuides

The service here is hit or miss depending on the day. My latest visit I was returning an item I purchased online and it took 5 employee to figure out how to do the return transaction. Yikes!

As usual packages opened missing staff doesnt care. Im sure theyll juat put the opened packages back on the shelf until some unsuspecting customer buys it.
