When we went there was only one friendly associate, and unfortunately he was always busy helping someone else, all others (3) we talked to were very rude/short/unfriendly/unknowledgable. So I started getting my info from my phone instead of the associates and it was much more helpful (and less rude). The prices are, overall, not that good for used and/or damaged stuff. In fact, doing research in the store several of the outlet items cost MORE than that same item new from a regular Sears, you REALLY have to do your research to make sure youre not getting conned. We did finally find a decent deal on a (new, open box) fridge but the fridge we got was damaged (dented door and dents on sides) between our purchase and the delivery, now over a month later after several emails and calls on my part our claim is still unresolved. The manager, Nathan leaves much to be desired. They clearly dont care about their customer satisfaction at this location. Given the chance I would have gone ANYWHERE else, I suggest you do the same.

We were thrilled to find the exact counter depth fridge we needed. It had no dings or scratches and was discounted from the price on the tag. Great surprise!! The price was the best we have seen. The salesman, Tom, was very helpful and took really good care of us. One of the handles on the fridge had come loose and Tom knew just how to fix it. He made sure we were completely satisfied before the sale was final. He even cleaned the fridge with stainless steel cleaner and we left the store feeling like we had the deal of the decade. We flip homes and the outlet store will be the first and final place to look for appliances. Thanks Tom!!

We came in just to look and spent 3 hours. We settled picking out a side by side fridge, washer & non matching dryer with true steam. W went to home depot and found a better deal on a matching set with the true stream and french door fridge ALL BRAND NEW. We went back ready to return everything and the first thing they said was they love a challenge. The ordered me the brand new set and beat the other price by $100. Since they didnt carry the fridge, I got a way better brand and model (over $1,000 more msrp) for the same price. I definately recommend shoppers to be smart, plan, shop around and let them beat the best deal you can bring them.

If you want to play the smart money, youll come to the Sears Outlet before you make any large purchases. Sears has always been a center for anything anyone would ever need. The outlet in Brea is a great place to shop. Especially come here if youre about to buy a large Appliance. Their inventory tends to consist of higher-end models, but because youre buying an older or perhaps floor model version you can save a lot of money. This is a great place to come and buy quality products. The service here is especially Nathan helped me looking at both beds and washing machines, he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Truly a delightful experience.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a mattress from this outlet, but I actually had a great salesman by the name of Glenn who was very helpful and reassuring. I will say this I LOVE my new Sealy Posturpedic Euro pillow top king size mattress. Due to back issues it was very important for me to have someone with experience. I wont say how much I paid for it but it was the best deal hands down! I will be shopping for a new refrigerator soon. Thank you Glenn.

Tom S. did a phenomenal job yesterday as he provided excellent customer service throughout our entire transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the 0% interest for 12 month financial plan and he explained every detail of our order precisely. WE WERE LIED TO!!! Manager helped us pick out stove and dishwasher. We asked if delivery and installation was included and he said "yes, delivery and installation is included for up to 5 appliances" We thought that was great! The delivery man got here and DID NOT install our stove and said the dishwasher installation was separate. If we had known that we would have gone to Howards where the whole purchase would have been cheaper! They didnt want to make their mistake right!

They have NO INTEREST in serving customers. We needed a new gas dryer. The older bald guy said" we only have a few" and then he walked away. We counted at least 20 gas dryers, 4 of which would have worked for us. But he had to hunt him down to ask a question. He had no knowledge of the products. Then he left again. So did we! Very, very poor customer service. Go a few more miles to the Santa Ana location - better service and much more inventory!

Tom S. is the best associate around. He found a cheaper price online and not only matched it but also gave an additional 10% off. Im sure the others are good as well BUT be sure and call before going to make sure Tom S. is there. BEST AROUND!!! He fit us in a refrigerator meeting our needs and was $100 cheaper than our budget!

Poor Service antiquated system of processing orders Delivery company not careful with appliances.. A nightmare but...... if you dont mind sorting through a lot of 2nds you might find a gem for a good deal.. NOTE*** If you can pick it up and install it yourself you are way ahead of the game!!!!

Over priced, items cheaper at a non outlet store. Staff are pushy and get facts about products incorrect. Dont waste your time The management is so cheap they turned off most of the lights on the second floor. Guess they are waiting for someone to fall.

This outlet is awesome. There are a ton of employees so every time we go in we are helped right away. As expected, the prices are always fair as well. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a major appliance to consider the outlet.

Disappointed. Terrible price, employees dont care to sell n kenmore products are priced at highrr than regular sears. Avoid!!!
