They will not answer their phone at the large appliance department at Sears. So far, I have been hung up on twice and am letting the phone ring now as I write my review. The prompt was - appliances, large appliances, and then store .....still ringing and it been over 10 minutes. Worst service ever. When I was younger Sears was known for high quality and a great service organization that would go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Now, they outsource their delivery installations and charge for everything as it is not part of a normal install. Very disappointed and will never shop here again. Too bad Sears- you had a good reputation and ruined it! Sincerely, Frustrated Customer

I placed an online order, for store pickup, for a package of 19.2 volt Li Ion batteries for my tools. I went to the Westminster store to pick them up and when I got home I discovered the batteries had been purchased previously, returned to the store and they repackaged them and sold them as new for full price. The batteries both had a date and number written on them in marker from the previous owner. I will never shop online, for store pickup, again. What do you have to do... verify that the merchandise youre buying is new and youre not being cheated??

Sears in general isnt doing too well business wise so I cant really blame the service I get here. They are really shorthanded and are need of an uplift to the store front. Ive never really had too much trouble finding deals here but when I try to check out is the problem. Sometimes theres nobody to man the cash register and I have to go to another department. Theres a lot of deals to be had here but you have to look. Not sure they will last any longer.

I used to like this store a lot, but they have really gone downhill over the last several years. There doesnt seem to be many customers throughout the whole store, but there are so few checkstands open, that it takes forever just to buy anything. And, the store looks run-down & dirty... seems like they just dont have the manpower to take care of the place very well.

I use to shop at Sears but times have changed... back in the 70s and 80s they stood behind their products... now their attitude has taken the route of "who gives a crap". I would never have thought that Montgomery Wards would have gone the way of the dinosaur. Sears is also on that path and I myself will not shed a tear when theyre gone.

I have always been a fan of Sears. I worked at this location for a few months in 2015-16. Sadly it was difficult or impossible to contact anyone there. Nobody would EVER answer a phone. My schedule could not be accessed online either. I wish the best to the store. There are some great bargains to be found here.

I would never ever apply for any of their store credit cards. I feel like they are fraud. And once you sign up and try to cancel they will never give you the paper you signed back. So please becareful before you attempt to do anything like that
