let me start by saying I have purchased 90% of my tools from them due to the craftsman warranty that is offered. I will never buy another tool from sears in the Cerritos mall ever again. their customer service sucks, I have a broken drill that is less than 2 months old. have taken it in 3 times, with a receipt, and the people behind the counter have no clue on what to do. 3 times in, 3 different answers, and no managers to happen.

Lines for check out were ridiculously long and the cashier did not know how to look up my email address to check for points. Needless to say we held up the line (which was already long) and she ended up giving me someone elses points because she couldnt find my name. To top it off, all the registers on the 2nd floor were closed.

This store is always a mess.the employees act like they dnt see or hear you ...went in for an order pick up and waited well over 30 m8ns for the wrong item..then had to try and find it myself with no luck..

Made an appointment for 9 am and it took 2 1/2 hours to due my car all I was getting was an oil change and the people without a appointment still left before me
