A Private User

I called for a washer kit and expected to get an associate in that department. Instead I get a voice recognition menu that puts me to some call center. Fortunately, I knew my stock number. If not, I could see myself explaining it to the mook on the other end of the phone. Of course, not in stock, 6 to 7 days. Ill order it online elsewhere and get it in half the time. Thanks for nothing.

I not sure what to say others than it seems like they need to close this location. Ever time I come in here it look like it is on its last leg. I cant blame the staff. From what I see it can not be a very motivating location to work in. Especially when corporate is always talking about going bankrupt.

I come here for the Craftsman tools along with other fine products only Sears carries. Almost gave 4 stars because of lack of assistance offered in the hardware department, but I know how much these reviews mean to the company and I like Sears so 5 stars it is!

I bought a pair of pants and had to exchange for a smaller size the next day. Manager Renee was totally unwilling to give the price I paid on the exact same item in a different size?! Cashier Jennifer was good, totally pleasant to deal with and accommodating.

Worst customer service. When i bring a broken tool back they argue with me send me in circles. Dont sell life time warrantys on hand tools if your going to make me feel guilty for trying to get swap them. Im writing this after my 3th bad experience in a row

Warning DONT purchase anything from sears online. Sears wont help should there be a problem with the product. They will only mildly attempt to mediate with the manufacturing company even though your money went to Sears.

I attempted several times to verify an online purchased over the phone and no one picks up the phone... And side note, the online merchandise and in-store merchandise dont match.

Never has the right item from the online store in stock at this location. Got my orders wrong 3 times out of 10. Once was unacceptable, 3 times? Avoid.
