The customer service here is horrible. I placed an order on line for a combination washer/dryer unit. I called to setup delivery for the next Saturday and I received a confirmatory phone call Friday evening with the time window. Based on that information I traveled down to Orange County Friday evening to await delivery. Saturday morning I got a call that the truck had left, they would not deliver to me as the power cord was damaged! I was upset but I set up the delivery for the following Saturday as the power cord would be replaced by then. On Thursday of that week I called the store again(for 25 minutes before anyone picked up) to confirm that the item was repaired and delivery was a go for Saturday. I was assured that everything was fine. Back I go to Orange County Friday, no call came in so I called the delivery company. THEY SAID THERE WAS NO DELIVERY TO MY ADDRESS, NOTHING HAD BEEN SCHEDULED BY THE STORE! I HATE THE WEST COVINA SEARS OUTLET STORE, IT IS STAFFED BY IDIOTS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR SANITY! I have been told the manager at this store is Tiffany Fellin.

pretty bad. Tried to order something to be delivered. It didnt come when they said it would (they call a day before and tell you when itll be delivered). It was a no show completely. Trying to get them to reschedule a delivery was a real pain. Hung up on multiple times, long hold times, and lots of hand offs from one place to another. Information in the order confirmation email was wrong (listed my address and phone number as the store contact info) which made it hard finding the right place to talk to. Clicking the link to "delivery information" in the confirmation email gave me the phone number of a delivery department that was separate from the online order/outlet delivery service. Lots of stuff screwed up here.

going on over a month to have a dishwasher delivered. they have confirmed delivery 5 times and been a no show every time. calls to the main customer service center and the store fulfilling the order have provided zero help. irrespective of the name on the door, how can a place with service this bad stay in business????

I do not recommend this place the prices are more expensive than best buy,I try to buy a dryer but the best buy price was 299.99 new, and sears price is 349.99 used,they say we match the price to 299.99 but still is used and best buy is new in box
