The people at this location are very nice an knowledgeable, but dont let them fool you into buying from Sears. I purchased a Washer and Dryer from them and they gave me a delivery window of 3:45-5:45pm. They called at 5:31 saying they were on their way and would be there in 15 minutes. They arrived at 7:40pm, saying that they stopped for dinner. Why tell me they were on their way? They werent answering calls from dispatch, either. Once they arrived, the washer was badly damaged, so they were not able to deliver it. The dryer was the wrong one, but I didnt notice until they installed it. Now I have no washer and the wrong dryer. I called to schedule the replacement washer, but the dryer is apparently out of stock?! They said they would deliver it the following week, but now it will be 3 weeks late. Dont be fooled into buying from Sears. :(

Sears is depressing these days like Joe Vs the Volcano office made into store, but the deals at these outlets are undeniable.

Helpful and knowledgable. Pretty good selection, and its much closer (and nicer) than the Sears store.
