No me gusta esa tienda tuve que ir para cambiar un pantalón que me regalaron y no me gustó. Dejé de comprar ahí porque venden pura ropa corriente. Compré una sudadera marca polo y en la primera lavada se hizo fea. Le salieron un montón de bolitas de hilo en las mangas. Y se encogió. the appliance dept. had full staff & still, NO ONE would help us when we wanted to make a purchase. this appliance dept. staff is 3 for 3 now, in 2 MONTHS!!! no trainees, we watched them for 30 minutes, waiting. they socialize with each other, or pretend to be busy, select who they want to help, and leave others waiting...even when they have nothing to do. 3 times we knew exactly what we wanted, but no one ever got to us. and they didnt even care when we left. we had eye contact too. having been in customer service, you can tell what type of people take advantage & have no work ethics. they milk their time for a paycheck & in no way earn it. the manager should seriously do something. will we never shop there again. west covina, montebello and whittier HAVE good customer service. we can actually BUY the things we want there.

Tried to purchase air conditioner unit..was told they ran out.of 12 thousand B T U- unit..she said I can order it will get here friday.6 days away...ITS HOT I CANT WAIT......so I asked if she can call another Sears....she called then she said no answer at sears.in stone wood mall....so she said for me to call, .. because its the same ..it doesnt matter who calls...so I left without airconditioner..with no lead on wat Sears to go so Im going.to Home depo..acrosse the way frm here.....im So Disappointed.......customer service isnt way it used to be...

To begin with they dont have any people working here you see more tumble weed in the aisles than workers. Secondly the checkout time is horrible. Ive been in line for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me. A blind turtle could check out faster than the people who are here on duty. No wonder this company loses money every quarter. Theyre all just as slow as the corporate suits who are driving this store down the gutter.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans here and a perfum bottle for 12$! and love the smell and quality of it to! And the jeans fit nice and snugged who woulduve known and for $16!?. The staff here are nice but from the looks of it there understaffed and need to hire more people!. Im not going to lie this is one of the cleanesr Sears I ever been to. And they always have a sale going on so even better for you to drop buy.

I would like to let you know, I will not be coming back ever to sears , I had an appointment at 08:00 am I was there ten minutes before and that was the first appointment, after I check in I was told I will need to wait for one hour. Why and why did I make an appointment?? if oil change takes 10 or 15 mnts. why one hour wait??
