I love Sears but the employees that work there dont care! My mom was curious about the phones they had there and the guy that was helping us decided to leave and start chatting with another employee about nonsense while we just wait there for a good 10 min. He didnt explain the plans clearly and which is better in comparison and he pissed me off so I told him I dont want your help! Instead I helped out my mom in comparing plans and such. I hate employees that dont care about customers without customers theres no money!

Smaller facility compared to other stores. Not outlet store. Huge parking shared with AAA and Petco near the AMC theater. They do have clothing , jewelry , small selection of hardware and garden supplies . They do have TVs, washer, dryers , refrigerators but again not a big selection Employees seem to be a indifferent not rude, do their job not make you feel very special when you walk in . Store for the most part clean, restrooms are okay .

Horrible customer service I drive out to Montebello from the valley for this 42" tv tht was advertised at one price online but the store wouldnt uphold that price Even though I called before we drove out there... the manager just said no before the employee even explained the whole situation. Just an All around Bad experience...

You cant return a blouse or anything without a receipt. All I wanted was an exchange. My grandmother(she lost the receipt) got me a blouse from sears on my bday. I went to sears and wasnt able to get an exchange because I didnt have a receipt. Dont buy anything from sears.

Its great but its way too over priced and its like a Kmart, old check out from 1990s.Overall I dislike it because staff is talking to each other and when I ask for assistance theyrewere mean and rude to me.
